Our town in NH only allows fires of out size to be cooking fires before 5 pm. We decided to start cooking breakfast over the fire. I 've been using my BBQ grill box with my Explorer for 10+ years. It has been used as an every- day grill, camping grill, party grill, baseball tournament grill, etc... very heavy usage. Zero issues. I estimate that I have prepared over 300 meals with it. The grill box has now worn out( the grate plate below the cooking surface finally rusted and broke through and is coming apart). [ This is an excellent grill for camping. It is small enough to be portable but large enough for cooking a lot of food at once. It heats up fast and the heat is easy to control. There are two separate burners. The inside grate is in two pieces and we got the pan accessory so we can be grilling on one side and heating stuff in a pan on the other side. The drip pan is great. You just put water in it and any grease drips right in the water making it so easy to clean up. The regulator is easy to attach and simple so it would be really hard to strip it accidentally. Overall, the best grill we have had and we 've been camping for a long time.

The bag and compact design makes it very easy to take with you if you want to grill things at a tailgate, at the beach, or at a park, for example. The grill itself gets the job done well enough but leaves a few things to be desired. The grates are n't perfectly lined up with the side that holds it in place and it is a little bit wobbly since the grate is also made of three pieces attached together. The charcoal sits very close to the cooking grates so food items cook very quickly and can burn more easily, resulting in things like burgers and hotdogs working out well but not so much for more complicated food items like chicken. Ideally a cover or lid would be a great additional feature to help control airflow and to control how hot the grill gets. All in all, this X- Grill is still a very handy thing to have on hand since it can easily be stored away when not in use. I also wish the bag that it came with had a zipper or a velcro closure because as it is now, it's just a non- secure flap that tucks into the bag, allowing for the grill to slide out if it falls over.

I ’ ve had my griddle for a year and used about twice a month and my top has absolutely no deterioration or excessive wear. The griddle has never seen any metal cooking utensils or abrasive cleaning products or tools. I use only Pit Boss utensils for the griddle and clean with Dawn soap, water and the Pit Boss scrub pad( recommended by Pit Boss). Another tip would be to not use oil( as you would with a steel grill). I use butter and only enough to flavor. My experience is better than most reviews. You can ’ t treat this griddle like a steel top.

I bought a laser heat gauge to fine tune the exact heat I want, and it works great. The control knobs maintain the exact heat I want. Clean- up is the best part of this griddle. Start to finish less than 10 minutes, including re- oil for next use. The steaks maintain the juice inside, unlike my old grill, where the juice fell through the grills. I bought this to replace the grill on the RoadTrip portable propane stove that I recently purchased, giving e capability to do eggs, pancakes, etc. I bought the RoadTrip after inquiring if it was a “ low pressure ” device, which my travel trailer required to operate from its propane system. Coleman said it was “ low pressure ”, but with its additional regulator it does not work from my travel trailer ’s propane system. It ’s a good product, but does not meet my original requirement.

The Woodwind 36 came very well packaged and in great condition despite some outward appearance of rough handling on the packages. Inside was well protected. Assembly was easy, although instructure were wordless with pictures only. Just pay close atte tion to part shaded and the details of the diagram and you will be fine. I chose this model for the ability to flame grill if wanted. The first cook was using the Side Sear grill with some chicken breasts. Worked great and they were delicious. The first smoke was a brisket for some family in town and it turned out perfect. Tender and juicy, just like a pro. Great flavor and smoke ring and everyone wenst back for more. The next was pork butts for Carolina pulled pork. Again they turned out perfect. Great flavor, super tender, and easy to pull off with the app and the ability to set your time, smoke, and timer or desire internal temp. Very satisfied! Would highly recommend the Woodwind.

I have cooked countless racks of ribs, both pork and beef, Boston Butt's by the dozens, salmon, spatchcock chicken and turkey, and countless other meals. Absolutely love how this grill cooks. [ This product is super useful and all my friends who saw it wanted on of their own. It ’s great for when you want everything you need to grill in one place, including a cooler for drinks. The metal tongs and spatula are large and sturdy, and the material of the cooler bag is very nice, feels like it will last. Love the addition of the small spice shakers, oven glove, can/wine bottle opener, and wooden chopping board. This really has it all.

[ This bag is awesome for tailgating or camping. The cooler section is quite large, can easily get at least an 18 pack in there along with ice and some meats. The tools that come with it are nice as well, although I would have appreciated a little sheath for the knife. At least it's at the bottom and facing down. I put some sea salt and black pepper in the little shakers, and in the two side compartments I put a pack of disinfectant hand wipes and a roll of doggy waste bags and rubber bands( to put over the dirty tools for the ride back home). All in all a great product to go with our travel propane grill!

[ I bought this a month ago and happy that I 've did. This BBQ set helps a lot especially to save regular utensils on a grill. These are easy to grasp and clean after use and looks back to New. I will purchase another set to give as a gift.
