I really liked the idea of the sear box, but after using this you can get better results and you have way more versatility. The Grill Box accessory will act as a sear box, the Side Kick has a larger burner and using the thermometer on the grill box gives you more control over your cooking. Add the Artisan Outdoor Oven and you have outfitted your Woodwind to the greatest outdoor cooking potential on the market. I have a very nice wood- fired pizza oven, but I do n't always want to fire it up just to do a few pizzas. The included griddle is of course Camp Chef quality and rounds off the package making the picture complete. Being a retired chef and former contractor, I only buy the very best and this set up is clearly it. I do have an amazing chef quality kitchen, but even living at 9000 ft elevation in the Rocky Mountains I have n't cooked one meal inside since I made this purchase!

I use this grill for multi- day hikes. I augment my backpacking stove with this grill, especially when I make a fire pit and decide to cook over the pit. The grill works well when using a small layer of charcoal or firewood since there is n't enough height for larger pieces of wood. How long have you people camped and how do you travel that a lid latch would make a different, are you 4 wheeling, come- on now. Hotdogs and New York strips marinated in- Worcestershire sauce, Montreal steak seasoning, lemon juice and fresh diced garlic cloves! then Frozen. Then thawed and brought to room temperature where they sat until it was time to grill. On a side note, the more and more that I use and get familiar with this little Coleman travel Grill, I have to admit I am falling in love with it. I stripped the* Cast Iron grates*, cleaned them and re seasoned them to my liking. I also purchased a hose adapter to run a 20 lb bulk tank but have not used it yet. The idea that I can switch between 1 lb cylinders or bulk tanks is definitely a win for me depending on what I am doing. The heat control from right to left side of the grill is phenomenal. This propane grill is going to be awesome for camping during burn bans and traveling. I also did a little research and there are aftermarket grille inserts that I can purchase to accommodate breakfast with either a full griddle or a half griddle as well as a `` stovetop burner Style insert '' for resting your Coleman percolator coffee pot on. Then, to sweeten the deal even more this grill actually folds down and Tucks right away in the back of my minivan either standing up vertically or laying down flat. I plan on building a removable shelf to go over the grill in the storage position so I can still utilize the space in the back without having awkward angles to rest stuff on. Coming from a guy that has used various charcoal grills and split burning smokers, I love the convenience of this little propane grill and and it has received a huge thumbs up on my YouTube channel. I do plan on buying the grill inserts at a future date.

I am often guilty of associating price with quality. So when looking for a pie iron for motorcycle camping I bought a Rome pie iron for more than 2x price of the Coghlan ’s version, but found the 28 ” handles don ’ t detach so they wont fit in my panniers. I bought the Coghlan ’s whose handles unscrew and therefore fit in my panniers and they also make pies just as well as the Rome version. I ’ ve made fruit pies, chicken pot pies, pizza pockets, stew pies... very satisfied.

This will work well for you, if you realize how to use Cast Iron. It will heat slowly with the first pie and then probably burn if you do n't pay close attention. After that they will come out of the fire perfectly toasted and fairly fast. We had one as kids for camping with our family. It lasted over 40 years and one of my siblings has it now. I bought one for our family, so we could enjoy the same memories! Not very expensive either!

This is awesome for tailgating or for camping because even though it's called the jambalaya pot you can virtually cook tons of stuff in this like chili or soups or do a fish fry. The only thing it says you can not use it for is to fry a whole turkey which is understandable because it's only 5 gallon. If you love camping or tailgating or just like to have a pot instead of a grill this is awesome to have. For my large family we do a lot of Chili's and gumbos and soups so this is going to really be great on our next camping trip in a couple of weeks

[ I do n't know where to begin with this Coleman grill- it's been a lifesaver since we got it! Not only is it slim, so it fits in our camping bag, but it's gorgeous! The vintage green is just so pretty. It's still lightweight while being powerful enough to cook a full meal for 2 steaming hot! We especially liked the fact that it cooked evenly. [ Coleman Even- Temp 3- Burner Propane Camp Stove firstly let me start off and say wow! I absolutely love this stove and that I 'm able to use it any and everywhere other than just for camping! It is also great to have incase the weather gets bad and have no electricity you can still use this stove to cook and heat with. The stove's large top let us use a large pot and the three burners allowed us to also have a coffee pot on at the same time, the burners radiate heat evenly across the stove top. It boiled water faster than we are used to. The round burners tend to burn hot which is good for boiling water, just closely watch anything else you are cooking as it can burn, I learned the hard way but I am in love with this stove! I absolutely love the instastart push- button ignition for matchless lighting another huge plus is the wind block panels, help shield burners from wind or you could also fold down the panels for use as side tables!! [ This is my new favorite cooking appliance! I find myself using this stove not only when camping or tailgating, but I also often use it to cook foods outdoors that may result in a lot of food odors in my house had I cooked them indoors such as fish. First of all, Coleman's propane cylinders are so affordable- a bargain actually- and they are conveniently stocked at the big box store down the road from me. The stove itself is rugged, and for a portable stove, its cooking performance is downright impressive. It heats evenly and powerfully. Starting it is a breeze with the instastart feature( which has worked flawlessly every time), and with the wind block panels, a windy day( which is often where I live) gives me no problem at all. Lastly it is highly portable. Once it cools down, I flip the wind block panels down and close the lid and fit it neatly in storage. When closed, it is roughly the size of a standard briefcase, so do n't worry about needing extra room to store it.

[ This bag is awesome for tailgating or camping. The cooler section is quite large, can easily get at least an 18 pack in there along with ice and some meats. The tools that come with it are nice as well, although I would have appreciated a little sheath for the knife. At least it's at the bottom and facing down. I put some sea salt and black pepper in the little shakers, and in the two side compartments I put a pack of disinfectant hand wipes and a roll of doggy waste bags and rubber bands( to put over the dirty tools for the ride back home). All in all a great product to go with our travel propane grill!

I wanted a cover to protect my investment for my Camp Chef- Two Burner stove. I had a cover, but it did not match the size of the stove. It did not fit correctly and was an aggravation and pain in taking it on and off to the point of not wanting to use the stove because of this inconvenience. I purchased my Deluxe BBQ Box a few weeks ago and I am very happy that I did. Our first test run was some simple cheeseburgers for dinner and they turned out amazing. The burgers cooked through to our liking and had some nice grille marks and remained juicy. Better than any BBQ grill that I have ever used. We were so happy we threw on more of them for lunches later in the week. We did some chicken the other night and it was delicious. Stayed moist and cooked through with no burns from an open flame. [ The smell of meat is in the air when this apron is on! I 've been happy with this product so far and as for BBQ aprons, it's good looking, functional and durable enough without being too heavy. The various pockets, straps and pull out opener make you feel like a grilling Batman ready for anything. The only knocks I have which take it just below 5 stars are that the neck strap is a little rough feeling( it may soften more with time) the utensils are just ok( it feels like the tongs hinge will be the first thing to fail) and the overall price is a bit high. I would have preferred to save some cost by just getting the apron. Overall though, its a grilling/cooking apron with a masculine look.
