I really liked the idea of the sear box, but after using this you can get better results and you have way more versatility. The Grill Box accessory will act as a sear box, the Side Kick has a larger burner and using the thermometer on the grill box gives you more control over your cooking. Add the Artisan Outdoor Oven and you have outfitted your Woodwind to the greatest outdoor cooking potential on the market. I have a very nice wood- fired pizza oven, but I do n't always want to fire it up just to do a few pizzas. The included griddle is of course Camp Chef quality and rounds off the package making the picture complete. Being a retired chef and former contractor, I only buy the very best and this set up is clearly it. I do have an amazing chef quality kitchen, but even living at 9000 ft elevation in the Rocky Mountains I have n't cooked one meal inside since I made this purchase!

[ This actually comes double boxed which I really like because it protects the product. It is very heavy because of the pot being cast iron. The pot is a 5 gallon cast iron with feet and it's pre- seasoned which is awesome. It also has an aluminum lid to cover the pot. The frame of the pot you bought together so it's provides extra sturdiness for the cooker. It's heated by using a propane tank. This is awesome for tailgating or for camping because even though it's called the jambalaya pot you can virtually cook tons of stuff in this like chili or soups or do a fish fry. The only thing it says you can not use it for is to fry a whole turkey which is understandable because it's only 5 gallon. If you love camping or tailgating or just like to have a pot instead of a grill this is awesome to have. For my large family we do a lot of Chili's and gumbos and soups so this is going to really be great on our next camping trip in a couple of weeks

I am often guilty of associating price with quality. So when looking for a pie iron for motorcycle camping I bought a Rome pie iron for more than 2x price of the Coghlan ’s version, but found the 28 ” handles don ’ t detach so they wont fit in my panniers. I bought the Coghlan ’s whose handles unscrew and therefore fit in my panniers and they also make pies just as well as the Rome version. I ’ ve made fruit pies, chicken pot pies, pizza pockets, stew pies... very satisfied.

This will work well for you, if you realize how to use Cast Iron. It will heat slowly with the first pie and then probably burn if you do n't pay close attention. After that they will come out of the fire perfectly toasted and fairly fast. We had one as kids for camping with our family. It lasted over 40 years and one of my siblings has it now. I bought this 2 years ago to compliment my 2 burner explorer. It is used exclusively for camping and I prefer this over cooking in the travel trailer. Cooking bacon, eggs, pancakes, hashbrowns or anything else I want to throw at this griddle has been a joy to cook. It heats evenly and holds the heat well due to the thickness of the metal. [ The Zip 0. 8L is my new go to stove for most adventures! It is easy to use even without the directions since the labeling on the jetboil illustrates the proper usage. This is the first of the jetboil systems I have owned and I am very pleased with its functionality. I have been able to use it quite a bit this winter and it boiled water quickly even in negative Fahrenheit conditions and higher elevations( tested around 10000 ft). Changing the amount of heat is smooth with the dial and it is seamless to ignite. My favorite part is the lid that makes it effortless to pour hot water out and the additional holes if you need to control the water you drain out. The system is also very easy to clean and pack. I plan to use it not only for ski/snowshoe days but also on my next camping trip to Norway since it's so small and easy to pack. Jetboil gave me this free product to try.

[ I have used the older versions of the jetboil, and they have streamlined a few things. For instance the regulator knob is indicated with a+ and- diagram. This may seem trivial but I frequently try and turn up the flame and turn off the gas. Not that big of a deal but I instantly noticed this and now always know which way to adjust the volume. Great product!!

I have not used the one that I ordered as of yet. I bought this because a buddy of mine has it and have used it a few times and it is great. Much lighter than my old setup and is much faster, meaning less fuel. Gave this five stars because I like it so much. Great combination of how rugged something can be, and still be lite enough to want to take with you. Also good corrosion resistance. Be carefull of the gas connector which is on the bottom if you carry it by the handle. If you set it down in dirt or sand it can clog the gas orifices. Took this for its first spin up Wheeler Peak! Cooked breakfast at the trailhead and the Jetboil quickly had the water roiling and ready to pour! Made it up to Williams lake split and used this to make a quick cup of coffee before heading to summit. Again the water was ready to go in a minute or two. On my way down I made lunch. The Jetboil Flash performed perfectly all 3 times I used it in the 37 degree, 12k foot mountain environment. The Flash got tossed in my pack and I couldn ’ t even tell that it was there. For ease of use, weight, and boil time I ’ d highly recommend this!

[ I 've taken this out for a few trips now and the MightyMo has become my primary stove since. It's simple to use, works well in windy situations and does n't require a cook system which is great for customisation. But the absolute best thing is the stoves ability to regulate heat. I can dial this down to a candle flame for amazing summer control. The one issue is the igniter. Mine stopped working after the second time out. But Jet boil owned the problem and are sending me a replacement. Amazing customer service! I would recommend this stove to anyone.

The new Frontier Ultralight Cook set is a brilliant redesign in the Sea to Summit line up. As an alpine climber, I obsess over both weight and space savings and this new cook set checks both boxes. I paired the cook set with a jet boil Mighty Moe and compared it to my `` go to '' MSR reactor kit with Sea to Summit cup and bowl. The Frontier Ultralight cook set weights in at 20 grams heavier than the MSR however, it provides 2 cups, 2 bowls, and a 2. 2 liters pot. It also seems to pack better in a rucksack which is critical when trying to jam everything into a smaller rucksack. The space and weight savings when considering two people, is definitely making this new cook set my `` go to '' for summer adventures!

[ My family has recently decided to get more into tent camping, and keeping things light is important. Since many of the meals would be made from freeze dried packages, there was little need to carry a heavy two- burner propane stove and fuel tanks. The JetBoil Stash model looked like just the thing to boil up a few cups of water to make a pouch of food. Not wanting to wait until we actually needed it, I gave it a few test runs under different conditions right at home. It is quick and easy to set up, and I ran into only one easy- to- remedy snag- getting the stabilizer leg assembly to snap onto my fuel canister. Where I live, there's not much selection in fuel, and mail ordering it comes at a high price. That meant getting Coleman brand was my only option within an hour's drive. The problem is that the stabilizer is just too hard to get onto the canister bottom without feeling like you 're going to break it. I have n't owned one of these before, so I do n't know how much variability there is between fuel brands. The good news is that a minute's application of a file fixed it!( See pictures). Once I got it all assembled, I was able to get 2 cups/500 ml of water boiling in about 2- 1/2 minutes or so on average. On really cold days or ones where it was very breezy, it was a little longer, but still really fast. One could easily boil water for and prepare several pouches of food within 10- 15 minutes, even if everyone had something different. I am very happy with my new stove!

[ I just LOVE this new Stash camping stove. It ’s the lightest and most compact in the market that I ’ ve been able to find and JETBOIL is a leader in this segment. It ’s easy to pack because it ’s so compact and light. I was able to boil two cups of water in about 2. 5 minutes. The pot sits on top of the stove very steady. They also sell a frying pan which is the next item I want to get. The flame comes out strong and the way the bottom of the pot is designed to keep in the flame/heat for maximum power. I was a little worried there was no wind guard for the flame, but it seemed to do well with a light wind( haven ’ t tested with a very strong wind but I would probably find some cover if needed. The stove component is made of titanium and is very light yet strong. Great design and quality.
