The burgers cooked through to our liking and had some nice grille marks and remained juicy. Better than any BBQ grill that I have ever used. I really liked the idea of the sear box, but after using this you can get better results and you have way more versatility. The Grill Box accessory will act as a sear box, the Side Kick has a larger burner and using the thermometer on the grill box gives you more control over your cooking. Add the Artisan Outdoor Oven and you have outfitted your Woodwind to the greatest outdoor cooking potential on the market. I have a very nice wood- fired pizza oven, but I do n't always want to fire it up just to do a few pizzas. The included griddle is of course Camp Chef quality and rounds off the package making the picture complete. Being a retired chef and former contractor, I only buy the very best and this set up is clearly it. I do have an amazing chef quality kitchen, but even living at 9000 ft elevation in the Rocky Mountains I have n't cooked one meal inside since I made this purchase!

The fit is good, but it could be a tiny bit longer. It seems to sit an inch or so above the grill legs. If you use the velcro to secure it, even as loosely as they will go, it will ride up even higher. The velcro straps could also be a bit longer to avoid the cover riding up. If it rains, there's a good chance that the bottom shelf will still have a bunch of water on it. I 'm unsure what the straps and buckles are for on the top( they are not pictured on the site), if I connected those it would be even shorter. I 'm guessing they are for smaller grills, but not necessary on the WW Pro 24.

They burn evenly in my Traeger, plus they literally burn so clean that I do n't even need to clean the inside the grill. It's honestly pellet quality that makes the biggest difference, plus- the flavor is literally incredible- I 'm buying my second bag of Hickory Pellets today.

I smoke quite a bit on a Camp Chef and these Hickory pellets are my go- to wood pellet. They produce great smoke and flavor, and it's obvious that the quality is far above some of the bigger- name brands. Pay really close attention to pellets- some will say `` Hickory '' or `` Cherry '' or whatever, but when you really look into the contents you 'll see something like `` Hardwoods with hickory flavor ''. So you 're getting some random wood with hickory oil? No thanks. Make sure you get what you pay for and these are solid winners.

I ’ ve owned my grill about a month, I ’ ve smoked salmon, sausage fatties, pork loin etc. and all were amazing. The best thing I ’ ve cooked on it is reverse seared ribeye steak.
