I did n't know they made a grey one!! Sweet I 'll be buying one soon. I love this product. I wear a petzl strato helmet for tree work, and a Stihl Advance for ground work. The strato is a buckled bike style safety helmet and Stihl is a hard hat type helmet. The `` ninja' mask as I call works with both helmets. I also wear it under my baseball hats. This is my favorite winter work accessory. It makes those freezing cold mornings not suck so much. One of the best features is that it quickly dries. I throw mine on my dash and after a ten minute trip to a different job site it's dry and ready to wear again.

My 12 year old son got smoked in the face last weekend by an inside fastball. It was the second time that he has taken a pitch to the face/helmet over the past few years, and both times this helmet and C- Flap jaw gaurd has saved him. He is good, they classified it as mild symptoms. No cognitive activity for a couple of days and no physical activity for a couple of weeks. We all know that this could have been much worse. The doctor at Children's said that wearing the face guard definitely saved him from bigger injuries. Do not know if the C- Flap jaw gaurd is supposed to shatter the way it did but who cares, it has done its job twice. It is worth it's weight in gold and then some. As an umpire who takes both safety and comfort seriously, I was excited to try this mask out. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Pros: Lightweight Champion: The magnesium construction makes a huge difference. This mask is noticeably lighter than traditional steel models, saving my neck and shoulders a ton of fatigue over long games. Superior Visibility: The flat bars and overall design offer excellent visibility compared to bulkier masks. No more missed calls because of obstructed views! This Victus face cage is very durable! I thought it was going to be cheaply made but was the total opposite. I wanted to use it as a project to create a helmet from a souvenir I got from a sox game. It is too heavy for the project but for a real helmet it is extremely durable. Its thick and heavy though so I wouldn ’ t use it for kids. When it says senior it means Senior.

I prefer Mizuno catcher's gear for its awesome looks and durability. I 've had three full sets of Mizuno( outgrew my smaller gear; have a red set for Fall Ball and black set for High School). This helmet takes a beating, and the padding far surpasses its competitors.

I have to be really honest here, I didn ’ t buy this helmet for baseball at all, I bought it to wear as my bicycle riding helmet. I didn ’ t like any styles out there because I wanted full face protection that a lot oh regular helmets don ’ t have. However, after initially trying it on, and getting a feel for it, I can honestly say it was well worth the money I paid for it. It ’s a lot more comfortable then most other helmets, plus, it ’s just a great all around style. The first day I fully rode with it I got a great comment about it, and that alone told me I made a wise decision on buying it. Looking forward to the longer days when I can go further on my bike then I can now. Also, the removable chin pad is great, as well. I ’ m going to try riding with it a few times to see how it fits, so, i ’ ll Wait to pass judgement on it. It works very well with my sunglasses( they go over my prescription glasses), and I still have a ton of movement that doesn ’ t affect them. And, I can even wear my Bluetooth earphones, as well, but for safety ’s sake, I won ’ t listen to them when i ’ m biking. Other then that, it ’s a pretty decent item for the price. And the color is perfect, as well... just the right shade of blue I wanted. Other then that, like I said, it ’s pretty awesome. I hope these helmets stay available just in case I ever need to replace it.
