I certainly hope they 're not discontinued( it almost seems that way when I read the Frogg Toggs lineup, ever since the introduction of the Hellbenders anyway) because I want to recommend them to numerous friends. They 're built so much better than the economy waders I 've been using( which after a season or so developed leaks I could n't find, and no amount of shoe goo would keep me from having a legful of water and two soggy socks, every trip). I try to be easy on gear and I fully expect to use these fine Sierran waders for many, many years. I have yet to get them into the water but if they leak there's a full- year warranty. They 're REALLY well made. These are by far my best investment! They are comfortable, durable, and functional to the highest degree. I work as a fly fishing guide in a remote part of Alaska during the summer and these things took a beating and then some! When I ordered online, I was worried about size because I have a small frame but usually wear a size 8 shoe. I ordered the small regular( I 'm about 5' 3 '', 130lbs) and the waders fit like a glove, still allowing me a good range of motion, and the stockingfoot does n't feel too small. Wearing a puffy coat or extra layers underneath makes these a bit more snug so that's the only thing that made me wish I had sized up, but they still fit just fine. If you 're obsessed with fishing and need a solid pair of waders that will stand up to even the worst terrain and conditions, these are beyond worth the money.

The Women's G3 Guide Z stocking foot waders are excellent. They are lightweight, but warm and seem to be tough. I was a bit concerned when I pulled them out of the box. They were so light and soft I thought, man I 've messed up, these will never take my brand of fishing. But I think I misjudged them. I 've been in a river with them twice, and a creek once. Time will tell about durability. But thus far I 'm really impressed. In ways, they 're too big, but that will be great for layering under. I do wish more foot sizes where offered, but so far even that has posed no real problem. They are worth the money if being out on the river is what makes you happy.

First half dozen times I wore them I put a plastic shopping bag over each foot to make it easier to get them off. They have since loosened up alittle so no more shopping bags. So far great boots. The plain earth color seems to blend well with multiple habitats in multiple seasons in S. Louisiana. The boots are insulated enough that my feet were comfortable during my first hunt in sub freezing temps. The uninsulated upper is perfect as I can wear them during early teal or frogging season as they seem to breath well. I 'm 5'10 '', 190lbs( 32 '' waist) and wear 10. 5- 11 in shoes. I had been waiting and watching reviews on these waders for the last few months before pulling the trigger on them. After hunting in them over the last few weeks in several different places, they have impressed me. The fit is perfect. I hunt 30- 40 times a season, so these will be put to the test over the remainder of this season and next. Only thing I ’ ve found missing is D- loops. They boots say insulated but there doesn'tseem to be muchand if they is it's minimal. Only issue is the insole is sub- par and will have to be replaced as it has bunched up from walking. I love the Yeti carryall bags. I currently have 3. The smaller size is perfect for my son ’s travel baseball games- throw a blanket or hoodie in some snacks and my water bottle. The middle size is ideal for traveling and the beach. Holds approx. 4- 5 beach towels. The material is heavy duty and very cleanable.
