I spend more time on foot than in the boat so I was after a boot that would be durable and sturdy across land as much as in the water. The M's Flyweight are performing well in this regard. The sole is remarkably `` sticky '' so far and inspires a lot of confidence in stability. I ca n't imagine what they 'd be like with cleats! They are a boot so they do have a bit of heft to them, but relative to other boots I have used these are pretty light.

Over all I love these boots, light, easy on and off, great grip with stud, and they have help up well. My only criticism is the web shoe lace eyes seen to be a little light. They have started to fray a little and one of them has torn through. I would have given a 4 1/2 but couldn ’ t, they are still a great boot.

The boot is fairly lightweight and rugged. Very simple boot without much to it. Fits true to size and is able to lace up securely. Not as stiff as most other wading boots. I like that it has the metal rivets along the eyelights for the laces. These boots appear as if they were made to last. I would recommend this boot to others. It was a tad bulkier than what it appears in the picture, but not excessively so. Fits well with a lot of good support. Easy to walk in for a long day of fishing.

Fit great easy to get on and off. I have mobility and flexibility issues and was able to tie them with no difficulty. Wore them for 7 hrs in 44 Degree water my feet were warm all day long. I need a cane to walk and these bots gave me an added to my ability to wade in more rocket water.

I love G3 Guide Wading Boots, I 've bought two pair. One pair is rubber bottomed, I use them in the winter and in the summer when I am hiking into distant waters. The second pair is the Felt Sole. We have many streams and rivers in my area that are VERY slippery or have bowling ball sized rocks. The Felt Sole works like a magnet making wading much safer. As an older angler, the felt bottom works like magic. Not sure what the T tab on the back is for, I 'd prefer the old- style loop when pulling on my boots.

Dec 2023 on the Mo. Too windy for my poor fly fishing skills, so I was helping youngest with egg sacs. Boots are awesome. Follow the Simms sizing. I 'm a 9 in street shoes and ordered 10s. Run with wool socks and heated socks on top and still have a little room. I had a cheap K brand boot before and these are so much better. So much more support and structure. Especially if you have a hike to get to your spot. So glad I got these on sale. If they have your size, just buy them.

First half dozen times I wore them I put a plastic shopping bag over each foot to make it easier to get them off. They have since loosened up alittle so no more shopping bags. So far great boots. The plain earth color seems to blend well with multiple habitats in multiple seasons in S. Louisiana. The boots are insulated enough that my feet were comfortable during my first hunt in sub freezing temps. The uninsulated upper is perfect as I can wear them during early teal or frogging season as they seem to breath well. I 'm 5'10 '', 190lbs( 32 '' waist) and wear 10. 5- 11 in shoes. I had been waiting and watching reviews on these waders for the last few months before pulling the trigger on them. After hunting in them over the last few weeks in several different places, they have impressed me. The fit is perfect. I hunt 30- 40 times a season, so these will be put to the test over the remainder of this season and next. Only thing I ’ ve found missing is D- loops. But I made my own using a ziiptie and it ’s worked fine. I think these will contend with the likes of Chene and Sitka. And the warranty looks to be the same if not better.

Love Ariat boots' style& quality! I had owned for many years paddock, zip front boots for years that I wore in stables with cement floors& wore for riding English saddle w/ half- chaps. So when I wanted a nice pair of casual waterproof winter walking boots in the Chelsea style, I was thrilled to see that Ariat made them! Note: I first purchased reg width( wide, my width, was n't avail at the time) in size 8- 1/2 the boot itself fit perfect but the tops were too narrow above the ankle& rubbed my leg. I exchanged for wide width( avail after Christmas!) size 9( as 8- 1/2 were n't avail), I so wanted these boots. The top part above ankle does n't rub( yay) but the boot is way big for my foot. I bought super thick wool socks and manage but still too big on my feet, they slide as I walk. An 8- 1/2, wide- width would 've been perfect for me but I do n't believe they return 2x's. I am extremely happy with these boots and will likely not go back to Sorel. [ Very little break- in required. Wraps around the heel nicely, but soft flexible material has no rub. I ’ m usually between a 6 1/2 and 7. Ordered the 7 and there is plenty of room( too much?). Love the marionberry color—subtle but more fun than black or brown.

These are the work boots to get if you are in wet conditions. I just bought my second pair after the first ones started to crack a bit on the rubber shell. That being said these are by far the longest lasting and well designed boots I ’ ve found. I ’ m in them 12- 14 hours a day in wet areas they never let me down. Lace ‘ em up, get moving

[ I purchased these boots on sale and am pretty happy with them. They have a firm smoky flavor, with hints of boysenberry and anise notes. I normally wear a 10. 5 D in shoes, and chose size 11 for the boots. I was surprised that they fit exactly and at first I thought they were a bit snug and hope they stretch with wear. I will definitely need to wear a regular or thin sock rather than a heavy winter sock- so somewhat disappointed. I plan to pair these with seafood and a caprise salad, or wild game. This is my third pair of Danner ’s I also have a pair of Bull run moc toe and Loggers 917 gtx. This pair like the loggers I had to break in but only because my feet have bunions and the the toe box is a bit more narrow. Other than that they fit like a glove and the more I wear them the more comfortable they get. I love the way they look. Will buy another in the future.

The elastic gussets in the side make these comfortable right out of the box. The leather was soft enough to set a nice toe crease. I ’ ll be wear these day after day, delivering mail on a walking route, and look forward to resoleing them multiple times.
