This water bottle works fine and has yet to leak, so long as you get the cap. on correctly. It has an oring inside the lid that can fall out though, and if it does, it 'll leak. The threads on the lid also are somewhat difficult to align. Once filled and capped it works fine and keeps drinks relatively cool in the heat. This is a great insulated jug for working out in the Texas heat. This vest basically improved the strength of my swimming strokes. Which in turn improved my speed. It does require the swimmer to slightly adjust your breathing technique. Overall, I do recommend it but just as the product is named, it strictly is a resistance vest.
