I 've been using Superfeet insoles for decades. In ski boots, hiking boots, running shoes, etc. After trying other brands, I 've always come back to Superfeet, with the exception of Sole Performance re- corked medium insoles, but even that's a toss up. Once trimmed, the Superfeet feel good from the start and continue to serve me well for quite some time. I use them for walking distances, standing on my feet all day at work and light hikes. I have other versions of Superfeet, some discontinued, some not, but the winner( for me) is the Superfeet Run Cushion Medium Arch. I use them in Clark's, Adidas and Hoka trail and running shoes. The insoles are great, easy to trim and fit nicely in my New Balance sneakers. However, the COST for the insoles is as much as the shoe itself. That I found to be excessive. The insoles do not have a 'magic' formula, it is hard rubber. But I feel I paid TWICE for the shoe. One shoe without a proper fitting insole and another insole without the shoe! Next time I will consider Dr Scholl's or another brand for less than the cost of a New Balance sneaker.

I have purchased several pairs of Podflow 2 walking sneakers. For me, these shoes have relieved so much discomfort in my feet, legs and hips. The support is noticeable yet comfortable. I walk on concrete and hard surfaces all day; when the workday is done, I no longer dread walking in the grocery stores or taking the dog for a 2 mile walk. I wash and air dry the shoes. I set out in search of a durable shoe that would give all day comfort and that would n't slow down my stride up and down stairs all day, I 'm talking 10 hrs. I found just what I was looking for in this clog and I am very pleased. It's comfortable, durable, grippy and is cute on! If there was a better way to tell you how much I love these, I would be saying it now!! These things are awesome. I do n't see myself buying any other work shoes from here in. As for sizing, I wear between a 7. 5 and 8. I always buy 8 in XTRATUFs and they fit just the way I would want them to, comfortably snug, my big toe sits just under the top.

They have great ankle support with laces that adjust all the way up. The sole of the boot has great cushion support and stability and is very comfortable around the foot. The bottom of the shoe has amazing. Traction which will be great for all season elements. They are waterproof and very attractive design. I got the yellow and black pair and they are sharp! The yellow is more of a mustard yellow and the material is very high quality as expected with the Keen brand. [ These boots are awesome! They fit true to size. I have wide feet and they fit super comfortably. They are not tight around my feet, but my feet are not loose in them also. These boots feel like they have a good grip around my ankles and they feel sturdy so I wouldn ’ t hurt my feet/ankles while hiking. I also love the grip on the soles. They ’ re also great boots for walking my 3 dogs and I will get a lot of use both in everyday life and while hiking.
