This kayak is awesome! It is the most stable kayak I have used and I was able to stand and fish with zero issues. It maneuvers great and very easy to paddle. It has plenty of room for all your gear. It is light enough to load and unload it by yourself. It also has 2 built in wheels that make launching it very easy. I really like that it has 6 rod holders. The only downside is the way the outer rod holders angle, sometimes i would hit the rods while paddling.

I haven ’ t been able to test the kayak out just yet, but it came packaged really well. Pretty easy to assemble, although we did use an electric pump to ease inflation- in a pinch the manual pump works just fine. The backpack makes it easy to lug around and store while not in use. I can ’ t wait to take it on the water with my kids!

I got this double kayak for my two boys that absolutely love to fish, swim and be on the water. It took us about 10 minutes to pump up which is not bad to be on the water paddling around and/or fishing out in the open water for the day. The seats were surprisingly comfortable for a long paddle session and the it was a sturdy ride. It was super easy to maneuver through the water. We ’ ve always wanted kayaks but didn ’ t have the room to store them. This comes with a storage bag that is easy to put the folded kayak back once dry that fits the oars and pump with ease. Amazing!

This inflatable kayak has worked well to paddle in our creek and out to the river with my son or daughter. I am careful to avoid downed trees or anything that could puncture it. We also plan to use it in the ocean and intracoastal. My 9yr old son fully inflated and assembled it by himself. It comes with 2 seats, 2 paddles, pump, repair kit, fins, and a nice zippered storage bag. While it is easy to setup, it does take some time and should be noted that there are a lot of parts to keep up with and the once inside the bag it is quite heavy and large to store or transport. For one person, it takes about 15 minutes to deflate and packup and bw 30- 45min to set up the first few times.

We had our maiden voyage in Alamitos Bay, and paddled around Naples Canals in Long Beach California! Tippi loved it and got her sea legs going fine! My husband paddled Mombo( the name for the new black kayak). I paddled his Coast xt— that one is a pain to assemble,( compared to my Bay ST), but the paddle is sweet and fast. I paddled much more than my husband, so the Coast is in pretty good shape— but I noticed a little compromise on one of the folding corners! I might need to repair it before it leaks. I 've had this kayak for a few years now and we absolutely love it!! I weigh almost 300 lbs and it is very stable. My daughter has a pink youth kayak and we lay down the seats in our Honda CRV( 2008) put mine in nose first, seatbelt through the hand grip, then put hers in upside down and backwards, attaching her hand grip at the nose of her kayak to the back hand grip of my kayak. They both fit perfectly with all our camping stuff underneath. The seat back is so comfortable and worth it!! I got a lifevest that's shorter in the back specifically for kayaking and we can be on the lake all day. I hope this review helps someone else know you can still enjoy kayaking and the outdoors even if you do n't have a camper or truck to haul it all in. We fit just perfectly! Best investment ever!!

The Stealth 110 brings ease and comfort to kayak lovers and beginners. It is one of the most stable kayaks I have been on, it also has multiple foot rests for riders of all different heights. Recently, I had the opportunity to try Lifetimes Stealth 11 set on top kayak and I ’ m impressed! First, thing that I noticed is the light weight and easy mobility for a kayak that weighs under 60lbs. This platform includes a skeg wheel that assists in easy transport along with four different carrying handles that provides you with plenty of lift options. The next notable feature is the seat and deck area. For a fixed seat option, this is certainly one of the more comfortable options I ’ ve tried. There is a good amount of padding and comfort in the seat and back that will ease fatigue on long outings. I like the open deck storage area a lot. There is plenty of room to strap down a hydration system, tackle or other kayaking equipment without it getting in the way while fishing. There is also a very convenient storage hatch on the deck just in front of the seat. Behind your seat is another large area to store a cooler like the Lifetime 28 quart high performance or a tackle crate setup. Once I got the Stealth 11 on the water, that ’s where the performance really shines. It tracks perfectly and is easy to paddle. I felt very stable and comfortable in the kayak and found the center mounted rod holding very convenient while moving from one spot to another. Its lightweight design truly helps the overall performance and tracking capabilities. I ’ m am 5 ’ 9 and roughly 180 lbs. and found that there is plenty of room and space for me to stretch out with the multiple footrest positions. Lastly, the price of this kayak is very affordable for a setup with great features and reliable performance. If you are looking for a fishing Kayak that does everything a high dollar Kayak does at a fraction of the cost look no further! I have had a lot of Kayaks in my day and I can honestly say this is one of my favorites. The new intelligent scupper system worked like a charm and kept me completely dry. Kayaks I have owned in the past always soaked my feet with residual water after a while paddling around. The built in wheel in the keel made transport to and from the water an absolute breeze! The Built in Rod Holders were the perfect size for my full size catfish poles all the way down to my smaller panfish rods. The kayak was super easy to paddle and tracked really well. The Lifetime Sit On Top Stealth 11 Kayak is my first ever kayak and I 'm excited to talk about it. It has some great features and I 'll address them all. 1.) The adjustable padded seat was very comfortable to me while a paddled around the pond and fished. 2.) The tank well storage areas in front and back have plenty of room for my gear although on the maiden voyage I chose to take very little. The bungee cord lacing is extremely tight and will safely secure my gear. 3.) The tracking was on spot as I paddled. Getting from point A to point B was very easy. And maneuvering was just a breeze. I found out you do n't have to paddle hard to get this kayak moving and bringing to a stop or making a sharp turn. This was extremely easy. 4.) The Lifetime Kayak Sit On Top Stealth 11 seems very stable and at no time was I concerned about it tipping over. 5.) The multiple foot rests provide great comfort while paddling and allow me to also stretch my legs when resting. 6.) The storage hatch could not be in a more convenient location. Right in front of me if I needed to get into it quickly. 7.) The 4 carry handles seemed strong enough and easy on the hands as I pulled the Lifetime Kayak Sit On Top Stealth 11 to the waters edge. 8.) I liked the idea of the adjustable rod holder sitting between my legs and out of my way when paddling or landing a fish. The 2 flush mounted rod holders behind the seat make switching rods quick and easy. 9.) I also like the skeg wheel. No worries when I have to pull the Lifetime Kayak Sit On Top Stealth 11 over concrete. 10.) So I paddled around about 4 hours before I decided it was to hot out and time to quit. The Smartflow scupper system did it's job keeping water off the deck. 11.) The paddle holder is in perfect reach, no need to lean or stretch to get to it. So I have say that the Lifetime Kayak Sit On Top Stealth 11 is the perfect first kayak for me to start out with.

Overall, this is a really nice kayak for the price point... especially on sale. It's solid and durable, which also makes it a bit heavy. I do have a handful of complaints. First of all, the rod holders behind the seat are huge. The diameter is quite large, which increases the chance of losing a rod. I find it ridiculous that Perception sells inserts for these. The second complaint is the side handles. Aesthetically they are great. They are streamlined and sleek. Functionally, they 're less than perfect. You can only grip them one way. The cavity is on the inside of the boat so you 're fingers can only grip that side. It makes it more difficult to load on top of a vehicle. The front rod holder is n't great either. There's a RAM mount, but's it's a 1- 1/2 '' ball, which limits your options. You could get a 1 '' ball, but it's$ 20+. A small deck hatch, right in front of the seat would have been nice for phone/keys/etc. The seats not bad. I would still recommend as no boat in this range is going to be perfect.

You can ’ t beat it. It trails amazing. Turning is a bit hard than the 10 XT. So many accessories and options on the kayak and a very comfortable seat. Very stable kayak and a large cockpit. It is so relaxing to have your legs out over the kayak and seat all the way back. Also, if you ’ re like me that likes to do overnight camping, kayak will supply you with all that room. And it ’s not only perfect for that, it perfect for just an hour on the water. You get what you paid for. So If you ’ re looking for a kayak that is easy to paddle, vapor is way to go. Was walleye fishing on a large bowl shaped lake known for rough water. I paddled out to a point and started catching walleye. The wind came up and the 14- 16 ’ v bottom aluminum boats headed for the marina. I paddled out for another drift. I didn ’ t head in until I took a wave over the side and thought maybe that was enough. Great, stable kayaks! I have a Vapor 10 as well. Building a farm pond on my property this fall. They will see heavy use from here on out.

First time trying out my new Vapor 12 Angler that I actually bought for my 12 YO Grandson on a local lake to see how it handled in the 20 mph wind. Funny thing, side wind wanted to push the stern and not the high profile bow. Tracked well with a tail wind and into the wind. Slides easily through the water reasonably fast with no fatigue. He likes over night Kayak camping on the quiet slow to medium flow streams in the area and I see this as having plenty of room for his gear. His take on it, He loves it and had no trouble with the side wind pushing the stern, might be because of his lighter weight Ample room for my 6' 2 '' 185 lb frame. Little tippy at first but after getting out for a while it tracks well. I would recommend this to anyone who wants the best bang for your buck. I am going to try to put a trolling motor on it this summer. I am 6' 2 '' 230 lb so I might be over the weight capacity. No problems with the dry storage like other reviews. Bought this and a Pacer for my boys' birthdays. Tried them out for the first time today. Good times! The Kokanee is quite stable. It's a little heavy and bulky on land, but handled easily enough by two people. Handles well in the water. I purchased padded seat bottoms, as I was told a long trip would be uncomfortable without them. Only complaint I can possible come up with is it was missing a couple small parts.

I have not used the kayak yet. I bought it early and have been waiting for it to warm up. I am hoping to use it in May. So far it is exactly what I had expected after looking at it online. Like I said, I have n't used it yet but I am kind of wishing there was an upgraded seat available, but I knew that when I bought it.

We have owned this kayak for almost 8 years. Aside from the seat back and clips that attach it eventually breaking, we have had zero problems. I contacted customer service and they had a shipment( at no cost to us) in the mail within 24 hours with replacement parts. Myself and multiple of my children use this kayak for summer fun and fishing. I love using it with my toddlers because it is SO stable, you almost can not turn it over even if you wanted to. Excellent for a family style kayak adventure on the lake, or those who prefer more stability. We have even taken this one to the ocean twice and used for fishing, it withstands the waves and proved very useful for dropping bait. Only downside that comes with the stability, of course, is it is quite heavy to move. Luckily, ours does not go far.

My husband and I bought two of these kayaks for our grandsons for Christmas and they were, by far, the highlight of the day! The boys were so excited that they put them in their pool to try out immediately. An added bonus is that they came with paddles just the right length for kids. We had been looking since October for just the right size( our grandsons are 8& 6) and when we called the Gainesville store the personnel there couldn ’ t have been more accommodating. We live about an hour ’s drive away from the store and they were happy to hold them for us to pick up. This experience at Dick ’s Gainesville store will ensure that we are lifelong customers.

This is an absolutely excellent kayak for beginners and seasoned kayakers alike. The width of the Passage offers exceptional stability, while its shorter length makes it easy to maneuver through both large and small bodies of water. The seat is surprisingly comfortable even when sitting for 3+ hours. Although this is not classed as an angler kayak, the built- in paddle keeper makes it easy to bring a rod and reel along if desired. The back scupper holes also fit my poles perfectly, so they may as well be flush mounted rod holders! My only qualm with this yak is the lack of storage/a dry well- if it had that, it would be the perfect yak. This has been a great purchase, and I love that it fits both myself( 5' 1 '') and my 30lb pup. It's also fairly light and not as much of a pain to lug around as I expected, which is a big bonus!

Review: Great First Experience with the Quest Passage 100 I recently took my Quest Passage 100 out on my local neighborhood pond for the first time, and it performed beautifully. The kayak felt incredibly stable, even sitting on top, and paddling was smooth and easy. The departure was seamless, and the back support was very comfortable throughout my time on the water. There ’s plenty of legroom, which is a big plus, and the cup holder and fishing pole spots are well- placed and convenient. I especially love the storage area in the back—it ’s perfect for a cooler or any gear you need, and the bungee cords keep everything secure. I was finally able to take this incredible kayak up to the lake the other night and I am IMPRESSED. I was nervous I was n't going to be able to disconnect the top part by myself but it was so easy! I am so impressed with the quality of this kayak and all of its features! Tons of storage, a place holder for your phone or a book, etc. 10/10 recommend this kayak!

This is my first real kayak and I was torn between a sit in or a sit on option and then I found this! Super unique design and I ’ m very impressed with the quality of the product. I feel like I ’ ll have it forever. If you are thinking of using a kayak on bumpy choppy waters or just lounge on a lake it works for both. My favorite feature is the skipper plugs which allow you to drain the kayak while you are in it!

I really like that I have options to choose from a sit in to sit on top. Transitioning between the two was really easy and I could do by myself. It handled really well in the water better than my other sit on top kayaks. It balances really nicely so if you ’ re not sure of your skills you will be comfortable giving kayaking a try on this. It did take 2 of us to move it. I ’ m sure a taller stronger person would have no trouble. I am 5 ’ 4 ” and used the foot rest at the very top, so there is definitely plenty of room for a taller person. But it also was a nice fit for me. The sit in top does have a lip so you could put a skirt on it, but I wouldn ’ t as there ’s is nothing on the side connection that would stop water from coming in like a rubber seal. For the small details it has a curve in the top side and strap for your paddle holder. A small cubby you could put your phone and stuff in with easy access and it ’s not on the floor. There is a lay down cup holder, which held my drink but I didn ’ t like as my bottle got wet. And sometimes I have a drink that the lid is open so I would have nowhere to put it. All together though this is a great option if you want the best of both worlds. I plan on taking this instead of my other kayaks so I can transition and enjoy the best of both!

Wow! What a great idea. Many kayakers want a sit on top for the warmer months of the year, while they might also want a sit inside for the cooler months of the year. Or, they might want a sit inside on a summer day to keep the sun off their legs. The Cabrio 11- does both! It ’s a convertible! Pull it ’s top off for an open air sit on top experience, or put it ’s top on for a sit inside experience. It ’s your choice! My favorite feature is the little cubby hole storage area for my phone that is in easy reach just under the sit inside cover, really cool idea! This seems like a very durable kayak with its HDPE construction and I really like how Lifetime has treated the kayak to resist UV damage, like they do all of their other outdoor products! Check out the Cabrio 11- it ’s worth your time and money!

I was given the opportunity to test this kayak for Lifetime. I used to kayak a lot, both whitewater and recreational. Now I have 4 kids and I have not been able to be as active as I would have liked. This kayak caught our eye because for our kids the sit on top feature is really nice, they do not feel trapped and they like to jump on and off. For me, it was nice to have the ability to put the cover on and stay a little drier. If. I get a chance to take it on a river the cover is nice to avoid all the water coming over the edge. I really like the storage area on the back, there is a little storage at the front as well and even a small place in the cover for small items that would stay dry. the kayak is very large and stable, great for beginners, though it is very large. It is also heavy, definitely a two person job to move it and load it most of the time. The handles seem durable and are convenient for carrying the kayak to the shore. The cover comes on and off easily, my eleven year old had no problem taking it off then putting it back on. This is a great family recreation boat!

Bought this as a second kayak to our 13. 5 rambler. We are a family of 4 and kids are getting bigger. One of us uses this while the other three go in the big kayak. It is smooth and easy for kids to use. We bought this about 3 years ago and it ’s still going strong. Only down side is that it only holds 225lbs( or so it says), and the price is getting higher when there are other kayaks same price that hold more weight.
