Just got it a week ago. Triple diamond 8 ’ with velocore+ blue 60x at 45 ”. The initial launch is piercing with a little rise. Easy to hit a bleeding fade as well as a draw without making cog setup changes. Spin is perfect( 1800- 2200 rpm depending on shot type). The look of the top line is perfect. It feels like it sits just barely open when resting on the ground. The shaft itself is amazing. Just soft enough in the tip to make a draw slightly easier but it mainly wants to be a straight to fade kind of setup

As someone who has always struggled to hit fairway woods, especially off the short grass, I have found the Ping FWs to be the best by far. I 've tested just about every manufacturer's FW out there and none have matched the ease and consistency of Ping.

This is hands down the easiest club I think I have ever swung, the ball always finds it's way forward one way or another. As someone with a fade/slice bias I can honestly say the SFT version helps close the face significantly. Even on well struck shots 8/10 fade right for me across the board, with this club off a tee it either draws or goes straight 80% of the time and I probably fade it half as much as I usually do when hitting off the turf. Really like the line up and this is my first PING club, looking into the 2H or 3H 440

I replaced my 3 wood( G425) with G430 Max and on the first hole( par 5) I smashed my G430 Max driver and took out the new 3 wood and I hit the green laying 2!!!

I purchased both the 3 and 5 wood. I 've played 4 rounds since i purchased them. The feel is incredible. The ball comes off the face with solid feel. I replaced my TaylorMade Sim2 with the Ping and i only wish I had done it sooner.

I upgraded a 20 year old 3 wood and I can ’ t believe I didn ’ t do it sooner. Immediately overnight upgrade, further distance to 230+ yards when I would only hit the old wood that far every 10 attempts, also much more accurate than my last wood, have played 3 rounds with it and haven ’ t hit a bad shot yet!

First hit with club got a nice high baby draw. Satisfying launch and confidence inspiring look. Okay first hit was somewhat lucky although subsequent shots were still straight and seemed longer than previous 5 wood. When the operator makes a good swing there is great results, pleasing sound. Definitely would buy again despite the premium price.

I purchased this item four weeks ago and am satified with it so far. It goes with my G430 driver and 3 hybrid. I replaced my previous 3 wood because I wanted the shaft flex and length to be consistent.
