I 've been using my Zulu 65 for the past few months... some late summer& fall backpacking trips and winter river trip. It's one of the most comfortable packs I 've used before, and it has great pockets for side gear and wallet/phone/keys access. I 've used it for one to three day backpacking trips and it's been perfect. I plan on putting it to the test for a week trip coming up soon. Gregory just makes solid packs!

[ I am pretty impressed with this pack. I have a few very high end hunting packs and they always seem to cut off some hip circulation. With a 3 night off trial campsite this pack was fantastic! I was skeptical but this pack performed very well. I really liked the U - zip access, huge hip pockets, and the side pockets that I can grab a waterbottle from while wearing the pack. A couple of things I did n't like: those huge hip pockets left no room for a bear spray holster, there is no way for the lid to double as a separate pack for little jaunts from camp, and the hip belt was maxed tight on my 34 '' waist in the Med/LG frame choice. I could get the waist belt tight enough but if I stopped eating cookies...

[ I bought this for a summer camp job and love it. I 'm not very experienced and its perfect for me. I 'm hoping to get a lot of use out of it and possibly do little bits of the appalachian trail.

[ I bought another version of this backpack for myself earlier this summer and I loved it so much my girlfriend ended up getting this one. Great size for a smaller camping trip. Fits comfy and the pockets are located in great spots. Does n't feel cheap and has yet to cause any issues for me. Would recommend getting a front pouch for snacks to go along with this just cause reaching into the bag while walking is not that easy. Not too difficult to grab water bottles from side pockets which is better than most larger bags.

[ Bought for my daughter as a multi purpose pack. She loves it. I consider that a win. Only downside was that the bag has a strange odor that we both definitely picked up on. Hoping getting it out of packaging and airing out will solve it.

This is a great pack for both car and airline travel. I pack smart with packing compressors packing cubes but I wouldn ’ t say I pack light and I had plenty of space. The waist belt allows me to comfortably carry this pack through the airport. The straps stow easily and it fits in the overhead bin.

[ This backpack is great for traveling, especially on a flight. The adjustable straps make it a perfect companion for your back if you ’ re like me and can never find a perfect fit in packs. The straps can be hidden with a zippable cover that is stowed away in a pocket at the bottom of the pack as well. My favorite part of this bag is that the hip belt is durable and comfortable so it makes carrying it easy.

[ Such a fantastic design! I absolutely love the zipper compartment for the straps and the compression straps inside. We used compression cubes and stuff sacks to maximize space, and we very satisfied with the 40L size for 2 weeks of `` lightweight '' travel.

[ Great for travel. I managed to pack 3 long pants, 9 tops all with long sleeves 4 pairs of compression socks, 1 set of pj's, 1 pair of sandals plus toiletries, and some other odds and ends for my 5 week treck through Europe. For reference I am 5' 6, 120 pound, 70 year old and the pack was very comfortable.
