I bought this club yesterday and hit about 100 balls at the range before heading out for a game. I hit a fairway drive 304 yds on the 2nd hole. First time I ever got over 300. My PR prior to this was 268. I ’ m a new golfer. This technology is real.

For years I ’ ve always wanted to play a Ping Driver but I always struggled with them for some reason. Mainly I really struggled to turn the ball over and hit a draw no matter how I adjusted the weight or loft. I had a very pronounced miss to the right which is not my typical miss. Also, I never liked the sound and feel of Ping drivers and they lacked distance when compared to other drivers because of the weight of the head despite a counter balanced shaft. On a whim I decided to hit a demo at my local golf store and I was really shocked. Excellent forgiveness, a very straight ball flight even when I didn ’ t put my best swing on it and improved distance. What was even more surprising was a big improvement in sound and feel. Be sure to get the right shaft as well. The Denali Red fit me absolutely perfectly( which could explain my great experience with this driver). Nonetheless the G440 Max is just plain great.

Had a Ping 400 Max- couldn ’ t hit it further than 220 carry with it lofted down all the way. Got the 440 Max 9. 0, set at 7. 5- instant 240 carry. This is on day 1. During my round some were 250 carry- I ’ m playing a different round of golf with this weapon in my bag!

Working on my game over the last few years my inconsistency off the tee has always hurt me. I purchased an AI smoke MAX last year and played for most of the season. Tried a friends MAX 10K for a round and ordered it the next day. Played 3 rounds with the club and it is insane do n't do to much have a decent path this goes high long and straight

I own a G425 Max driver but traded in some other clubs to get the G430 Max 10k. It came with a Hzrdus 60g shaft, but I found that the 55g Alta CB from my G425 felt better and hit straighter. Feel and Distance are similar to the 425 but off center hits have a tighter dispersion with the 430 max10k. I do n't live near a fitter so it was fortunate that I had the other shaft. Fitting is very important especially with driver. This club wo n't be great for you if you are n't fit properly.

I have n't had the chance to play a round outside with this new driver yet, but the simulator numbers sold me. It's incredibly forgiving, low- spin, and pretty much the perfect driver at the moment. I went with the Black Chrome Tour shaft.

Tried the G440 Max and I was hitting every shot right. Hit 5 shots with the SFT and all were long on the center line. Bought the 10. 5 with Chrome 2. 0 regular shaft. I 'm 65 with a recent hip replacement. This club is a game changer. Minimal dispersion even on less than perfect strikes. Very straight.

I played the G430 Max for about a year or more and switched to the G430 SFT. I found it more forgiving. I turned around and bought the 440 Max because it had a draw setting not present in the G430 Max. I returned it after a couple of weeks and exchanged it for the G 440 SFT. I have been extremely pleased. Although I play a draw and do n't slice too often, I still like to eliminate the potential. I do n't necessarily need to or want to `` work '' the ball and if I know my drives are going to go straight, slight draw or at worse weak fade, that works for me. The G 430 Max and G 440 Max definitely allowed the occasional slice.

I bought this club about a week ago. First, I hit it at a driving range and loved it from the first hit. Then, I played a round with it and found that the vast majority of my drives stayed on the fairway. Before, many of my drives were a bit in the rough. Changing to the Draw+ and it was hitting the ball in the middle of the fairway with a bit of a draw.
