I own a G425 Max driver but traded in some other clubs to get the G430 Max 10k. It came with a Hzrdus 60g shaft, but I found that the 55g Alta CB from my G425 felt better and hit straighter. Feel and Distance are similar to the 425 but off center hits have a tighter dispersion with the 430 max10k. I do n't live near a fitter so it was fortunate that I had the other shaft. Fitting is very important especially with driver. This club wo n't be great for you if you are n't fit properly.

I have n't had the chance to play a round outside with this new driver yet, but the simulator numbers sold me. It's incredibly forgiving, low- spin, and pretty much the perfect driver at the moment. I went with the Black Chrome Tour shaft.

Tried the G440 Max and I was hitting every shot right. Hit 5 shots with the SFT and all were long on the center line. Bought the 10. 5 with Chrome 2. 0 regular shaft. I 'm 65 with a recent hip replacement. This club is a game changer. Minimal dispersion even on less than perfect strikes. Very straight.

I played the G430 Max for about a year or more and switched to the G430 SFT. I found it more forgiving. I turned around and bought the 440 Max because it had a draw setting not present in the G430 Max. I returned it after a couple of weeks and exchanged it for the G 440 SFT. I have been extremely pleased. Although I play a draw and do n't slice too often, I still like to eliminate the potential. I do n't necessarily need to or want to `` work '' the ball and if I know my drives are going to go straight, slight draw or at worse weak fade, that works for me. The G 430 Max and G 440 Max definitely allowed the occasional slice.

I bought this club about a week ago. First, I hit it at a driving range and loved it from the first hit. Then, I played a round with it and found that the vast majority of my drives stayed on the fairway. Before, many of my drives were a bit in the rough. Changing to the Draw+ and it was hitting the ball in the middle of the fairway with a bit of a draw.

I 've been playing my G425 max since 2020 and I have loved the driver. It's seen i better days looks wise as of now, so I went looking at other drivers and ordered another G425 max last week. I see no reason to go with the latest and greatest as they say. This driver has and always will be their greatest driver ever made.
