Got this size as it's big enough for our family of 5 but small enough to fit on our modest sized deck. When we need space on the deck, folding the shelves makes it a lot smaller and compact, I 've even stored it in our shed collapsing the legs down so it lays flat. The condiment try and wind guards are a nice touch. I did n't even realize I 'd need wind guards but they do help.

I really liked the idea of the sear box, but after using this you can get better results and you have way more versatility. The Grill Box accessory will act as a sear box, the Side Kick has a larger burner and using the thermometer on the grill box gives you more control over your cooking. Add the Artisan Outdoor Oven and you have outfitted your Woodwind to the greatest outdoor cooking potential on the market. I have a very nice wood- fired pizza oven, but I do n't always want to fire it up just to do a few pizzas. The included griddle is of course Camp Chef quality and rounds off the package making the picture complete. Being a retired chef and former contractor, I only buy the very best and this set up is clearly it. I do have an amazing chef quality kitchen, but even living at 9000 ft elevation in the Rocky Mountains I have n't cooked one meal inside since I made this purchase!

This is a great skillet set for home or camp use. You can use the pans individually or combine them for dutch oven cooking. Also can be used on the stove top, or in the oven. I have made fried chicken, deep dish pizzas, cornbread, apple pie, frittatas, stir fry and breads in this set so far. I have used these almost daily, and have since purchased a few other sized lodge skillets. You have to cook with a lower heat than your traditional non- stick pan and have to use a bit more oil, but the more you use it the more it becomes seasoned and acts more like a non- stick pan. Patience is key with these. The handles do get hot, so pick up a set of handle mitts that lodge makes.

[ I received this product a few days ago. I decided to give it a try on my back patio. I loved how quickly the flat tops heated up and stayed warm. Easy clean up and storage. I ’ ll definitely be taking this camping.

[ I have taken it upon myself to take my kids and there friends camping more to have them spend time out doors. We took our Coleman- 1900 3- IN- 1 STOVE PPN GOLD C002 with us to show them how to cook fresh fish we caught. Plus they had a blast cooking everything they could have at home, but it was nice that they spent time outside. Kids love food and my coleman will be coming all the time. Ca n't wait until football starts again!

[ When I set up the Coleman 3- in- 1 stove it was super easy. It ’s super easy to use as well. I loved that it came with the grill and griddle plates! Also it comes with a carrying case for the plates which is great for when the stove isn ’ t in use. I really enjoy the black with gold. It is very easy to clean up and put away. Putting on the propane canister are pretty easy. I really enjoy using this stove. It ’s a great size to cook on. It ’s perfect to use for camping, or even just taking it to the park. I highly recommend!

I bought this stove last summer for a car camping trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. I was frustrated with the lighter but then realized what altitude I was actually at and piezo lighters do n't work so remember this when you go to altitude with it. Below 7400ish youre good. The power these burners have is amazing, great for fast cooks or for a big group. It works great with cast iron and I liked the flexibility. It boils water incredibly fast with the 20k btu burners, faster than my gas range at home. It is a little bulkier than other stoves but perfect for camping or a quick picknic, I 've even used it at the sledding hills for making cocoa. I opted to get an adapter and a 5lb tank and after multiple uses I 'm still well over 3/4 of a tank.

I have not used my Everest 2X camping yet but did test it out as soon as I received it. I filled a two qt. sauce pan with 1 1/2 quarts of cold tap water( at sea level) and fired it up. On full high the water boiled in 3 minutes 50 seconds, much faster than kitchen range. Amazing high heat and it sounds like a jet engine. It also simmers at very low heat( wind was moderate) without any trouble. My only issue, which seems to have self- resolved, was one of the burner's igniter did not spark. After turning the igniter knob 5- 10 times in succession it began to spark intermittently and then it worked consistently. I 've only used the stove once for this test before taking it into the field so I 'll have to see if it continues to ignite properly. I purchased the 2' extension hose and 1lb. canister stand for convenience and canister placement options. Bothe that hose and the included hard pipe connector worked perfectly and I did not experience any leakage( as some reported with the hard pipe) on either connector. Ca n't wait to cook some meals while camping. The Everest 2X seems to be a very well made unit and is capable of crazy high temps and cooking speed if necessary. Highly recommended.

Bought this 2 years ago. I have been acquainted with Coleman stoves most of my life, but thoroughly blown out by this stove. Does Coleman make a great stove? You bet ’ cha. But this stove means I can cook anything I can get the ingredients near the stove. Best country flapjacks ever. Fabulous beef bean and cheese Dutch oven dish. I can use my old Lodge cast iron, or my newish gsi dualist, even that can make great pancakes if I can stop making them an inch and a half thick!

[ Loving the new stove. I ’ ve had a Colman stove for years with smaller burners. It makes cooking all the easier with more btu ’s. I can use my large cast iron skillet with a large pot at the same time!

[ Family is into camping now and trying to cook a big breakfast on two small WhisperLite stoves just is n't cutting it. Tested it out this weekend and wow! Super easy to light. Electric start, but twist to light, no reliance on batteries. Sounds like a jet engine when dialed all the way up, boiled water in just a few minutes. Can cook a feast with this thing! Solid construction, not very heavy, but it is large. Its' perfect as a car camping stove, tailgating, or even as an emergency backup stove if you lose power( for those of us with electric stoves). Very happy with it.
