Long honest review here and I want to start this review off with this is my very first full sized griddle. I have always just used the Camp Chef Sidekick Griddle on the Woodwind Smoker. Before buying I put in my time researching and looking at reviews and I am so happy I went with The Gridiron 36. This thing is sturdy, easy to use, and just looks badass. I am about 2 months in and keep saying I ’ m glad I stuck with Camp Chef equipment. First it arrived in perfect condition and was easy to put together. Everything about it is fantastic. The lid is awesome and love how it ’s connected for easy on and off. The four burners and ignition is great and have not had a single issue. Extremely quiet when I turn it on. The shelves on the side are useful for everyday cooking and yes the one above the propane tank doesn ’ t fold down but that ’s okay I don ’ t fold them down to begin with even with the cover. Grease management is a breeze and love that it ’s in the front and easy access from underneath. I have the cover and griddle mat which I strongly suggest. IF you want some kind of critique or one thing I wish was different. I wish the line for the propane was not directly up front and in the rear, kind of hidden, but that ’s purely cosmetic and does not affect a thing. I ’ m over it already. My buddies have a popular competitor griddle and it just looks small and not as well built as the Gridiron 36. Next up is buying some of the magnetic attachments. After every cook I think I verbally say to my wife I ’ m glad I chose Camp Chef again!

Our town in NH only allows fires of out size to be cooking fires before 5 pm. We decided to start cooking breakfast over the fire. I purchased. BB30 BBQ for my Pro 60 14 ” stove. After purchase I found that the BBQ would not close completely with the pizza stone inserted in the BBQ. The two tabs that secure the BBQ grate during transport provide an interference with the pizza stone. Without modification of the tabs, these two items are not compatible with one another. The modification was simple for me and I am now happy with my purchase, but not all buyers will have the ability to make them work together. Buyer beware. [ This is an excellent grill for camping. It is small enough to be portable but large enough for cooking a lot of food at once. It heats up fast and the heat is easy to control. There are two separate burners. The inside grate is in two pieces and we got the pan accessory so we can be grilling on one side and heating stuff in a pan on the other side. The drip pan is great. You just put water in it and any grease drips right in the water making it so easy to clean up. The regulator is easy to attach and simple so it would be really hard to strip it accidentally. Overall, the best grill we have had and we 've been camping for a long time.

I also would have appreciated some sort of fun little recipe guide to get going. One thing I would fix though is the spot that you put the grease/mess into. Mine seems like it is a little on the crooked side, but everything looks even when you have it removed from the griddle.

The pot is a 5 gallon cast iron with feet and it's pre- seasoned which is awesome. It also has an aluminum lid to cover the pot. [ I am digging this BBQ set. There are nice slots for each of the grilling tools in the apron. The quality of the tools met my expectations, stainless, but not overly hefty. I got this for myself, but would make for a nice birthday or fathers day gift. Only negative is the inclusion of the hat, which I will never use.

[ I got this a few weeks ago and I really like it. It ’s a very fun set for the bbq person in your life. It folds up great with all the utensils inside into a nice compact tote as seen in the pictures I posted. Great for on the go bbq like at the beach or camping. Comes with tongs, spatula, fork, oven mitt, and a chef ’s hat. Not to mention of course the apron. It is sadly on the pricey side. I would definitely recommend this if the price dropped a bit.

This is a must have for anyone wanting to make jerky, but also for any one that wants the option to get more cooking area. You can also use the different racks at varying heights to get separation from the heat source below. This comes in handy for longer cooks to get more flavor from your smoker. Do n't believe the reviews that talk about the sides of the rack falling down if you do n't have a rack in one of the slots. I do n't know what they are doing with their rack supports or if they might have installed wrong or something else, but if installed correctly they stay under the edge of the grates just fine when I 'm not using them. I can see myself using them more often than naught as I 'm trying to get better heat control whilst smoking my food.

I just got my Jerky racks this week and i did have to remove the original top warming rack mounting bars from my smoker, but no big deal 4 screws and the original stainless steel warming racks fit into the jerky racks support brackets so you can still use them in combination with the jerky racks. the capacity of these jerky racks is great I did 3. 96 Lbs of beef into jerky and I only used the top 2 racks. I could have done another 2 Lbs of beef easily with using the biggest bottom rack as well. I get so much more in my smoker now.

Great addition to pellet grill. Easy To install. great fit. Plenty of room for jerky or other items. Super sturdy and easy to clean as well.
