This was 1 of the first things I bought from trigger point after a friend recommended it. I was so upset because I was working on some really bad back knots, and it was too soft. So I ordered the blk grid ball which is great. But now i 've realized you really have to have both. This is great for the neck or a muscle that is in really bad shape, etc. I think it's a must have for your fitness equipment.

The ball gets in really deep in the muscles. I always end up having stiff shoulders and a stiff neck and I 've been using the ball for a while. It helps so much and especially with the patterns too.

I have low back pain arthritic. So before I workout I use this to help relieve and stretch the tension. Plus I have tight hips and that helps with stretching before I run and play ball. It's temporary relief but it's a big help. The product is heavier and harder than the trigger point type but I use both I like this Nike one cuz it digs deep into area. You have to get use to it and sometimes just sitting there helps too not just rolling it. This product was recommended to me by a friend.

I bought thi for my wife who is having pain from inflammation in her foot, possible heel spurs. She has been using the ball, rolling it on the floor under her foot and working problem areas as directed. It is giving her good pain relief and she is able to walk pain free with at least daily use.
