This has been every single thing that I needed for my plantar fasciitis. I have tried baseballs and a frozen water bottle, but this? Works wonders. My new favorite stick roller! The wheels really help get into my muscle for more of a deep tissue experience. Benefit is I can press as hard or soft as I want. The tapered design of the wheel is great to i can cover more of my thigh/hamstring than a typical roller. I travel a bit for work and different marathons, fits great into my backpack and does n't stick out like some longer ones.

I have owned this for a month now and I ’ m very happy I chose it. There are several options for massage bars, but this one struck all the correct chords. It ’s cost effective for sure, but that wasn ’ t my deciding factor. The shorter length of the bar allows me to use more torque on my quads without it bending like some of the others did. It ’s compact size it a alot more travel friendly when needed.

I actually prefer this over any roller that has bumps/grids. Really helps tight calves in particular. It really just depends if it feels better for you to have a flat roller like this or one with bumps.
