Works amazingly well! I have several Trigger Point products, however, this one rises above the rest! Due to its size and construction it quite effectively targets harder to access spots. In enables deep tissue rolling/self massage. The three modes are nice but I have found the first level of vibration to be strong enough in most circumstances. Directions are incorrect how they indicate if device is actively charging or fully charged. Directions state there is an orange LED by charging port. This is incorrect, there are 2 LED ’s only on opposite side by the on/off switch. The one furthest on right blinks blue to indicate charging, it becomes solid blue when fully charged. The 3 LED ’s also indicate what charge level has been set, 1, 2 or 3, although this is obvious. Minor issue for user confusion but would certainly not sway me from recommending this product.

The pro- tec is about 5 ” diameter so it takes up very little room. It works great on the floor or against the wall( for more control of how much pressure you put on the ball). My only complaint is that I ’ ve noticed a slight flat spot on the ball after putting full weight on it from my back while on a hard wood floor. I only weigh 170 lbs.

I had half torn my plantar fascial tendon some 20 years ago in a athletic competition. This little tool is really helpfull to relieve pain when it comes back. It does seem to work preventatively, too.( If only I did not get lazy when the pain recedes...). I 've got both orange an black, they are both pretty good. We have a house of athletes that travel for competitions and having a vibrating roller that travels easily is a huge benefit.
