I love this weighted vest! I use it to do both house chores and on walks. The 20 lbs feels like plenty of weight and I am easily able to remove the sandbags if I need to lighten it. I like the way the velcro wraps all the way around and it can be taken off from the side, or front. The material is very sturdy and seems like it would be more expensive than$ 50- I found this to be a great deal! I can increase the weight if I purchase heavier sandbags, but 20 lbs seems like plenty!

I bought this vest over a month ago. The great feature about the vest is that you can work up to that 60 lbs. I run with my vest 3 times a week started out with 20 lbs and now comfortably use it at 40 lbs. I tried the full 60 lbs for 3 miles one time no thanks I ’ ll stay 40 for awhile.

It was snug and comfy against my body as I walked/ ran/ did stairs, etc. My only question is, where can I buy heavier ETHOS plates? For example, say I want to increase the weight to 30 from 20? How would I do that. I ca n't find ETHOS plates anywhere.
