Picked one of these up to replace a 20+ year old Cobra. Technology really has come a long way in these. I went with a 5w as it seemed like the perfect balance of length and ball flight for my game. The launch and decent angle are much higher than I 'm used to, which is great. Balls really fly off the clubface, and even mis- hits. It's kind of like a cheat code. I 'd love a 7w as well, but unfortunately they 're just a bit too pricey for me to justify in that loft.

I was looking for a new 3 wood and stumbled upon one of these with a demo sticker on it, but had ZERO ball marks on the face. Turns out it was actually a 5 wood( 18° loft), but for$ 140 and hitting it 235 yards with about a 10 yard miss left or right consistently, I decided that I had to add it to the bag. I was originally looking at a stealth 2 to match my driver, but had trouble with not hitting a ridiculous snap hook with that, even after switching shaft flexes. My only complaint would be that no one could find the head cover for it, but for$ 20 on Amazon I was able to get one. All in all, I am very satisfied with this club.

He helped my daughter practice in the bay with multiple clubs until she was comfortable with the Callaway Mavrik clubs. We bought the entire set of hybrids( 4/5) and irons( 6- A). I bought these a few weeks ago, both the Ping G Le 2 Driver and Ping 6 Hybrid. I am so happy with the purchase of both clubs. The Driver has helped my distance& accuracy and the 6H has provided much more consistency in my fairway game. My friend enjoyed playing with them too and also bought them.
