Pretty good biceps/triceps machine. Its not too big and bulky compared to others. It arrived real quickly, and was fairly easy to put together, although the directions are somewhat vague. Good quality. Make sure you have 1 inch weights, not 2 inch.

I like this weight bench. It is heavy duty and does the trick of getting into shape with free weights. Probably the one thing; the seat is not flush with the back. It would have been better if it the seat was not angled upward on how it sits on the frame. That is something I would change. Other than that, a great bench!

I love this piece of equipment, you can do EVERYTHING. I will never need another gym membership again. Although it is rather large if you do not have enough space. It was very easy to put together, besides there was one part with the silver bars I questioned which it was talking about but the heavier one goes behind the red front piece as I assumed. Other than that the pulley system is slick and glides nice as well does the assisted squat. This is all you 'll ever need and I am very impressed and happy with my purchase. Only negative I would have to say is I wish the bench came with a leg extension.
