The Teeter is literally saving my life. I could n't afford to see the chiropractor 3x a week to get my spine straightened out- due to stress and the pressure of sitting all day. I could n't even bend over to lift the toilet seat lid without intense pain! There is definitely a learning curve but if you ease your way in and follow the instructions, you 'll be on your way. A month in and I am realizing how many basic things were causing me pain and wearing me out on a daily basis- because the pain is now either greatly minimized, or simply is n't there any longer! Started out on 1- 2 min 3x a day, now 2- 4 minutes 1x a day, and beginning on strengthening exercises. HIGHLY recommend!

This is my second teeter hang- up. I bought this one for my upstairs room. I have my first teeter hang- up downstairs already. Been using teeter hang- up for over 7 years now. Works great. I purchased one seven years ago, I 've been so impressed with it, I purchased one for a family member. It takes some getting used to. But after about two weeks I was able to hang upside down for 90 seconds Now I 'm suspended for 3 to 4 minutes and also include stomach crunches. The unit is awesome I would recommend it to everyone
