I have about 20 of these jigs. Where I fish, I lose jigs a lot. This is my best, most affordable option. It also happens to catch fish better for me than bigger jigs. I am totally addicted to these mini- jigs. Sometimes the line- tie is filled with paint, and the paint chips. I have yet to find a jig( at least a mini- jig) that does n't have the `` filled line- tie hole '' issue sometimes, and the chipped paint is n't a huge issue.

I have used this jig on Lewis Smith Lake in Alabama, a very deep and extremely clear lake for both spotted and largemouth bass with excellent results. I usually target mainly spotted bass but have caught largemouth as well. My largest' spot' to date with this lure is 4 lbs, with 2- 3 pounders on a regular basis.

These are slightly larger and made with better hooks than the standard version of the Shroomz jigs. I find that mashing the little bait keeper on these makes things easier and prevents the Z- Man baits from twisting up and making you remove the bait and re rigging

The Strike Bitsy Flip has a much better hook than the Bitsy bug but maintains the same smaller profile that is so effective on the pressured bas in our area. The pics here are not correct. This is the pro bulletz in the pics. The finesse bullets do not have the big bulbous weight. But, these are great jig heads for fishing in weedy areas. I put a Z- Man Trick Shots Bad Shad on a 1/6 ounce size, and was slaying the bass at a local pond. Hooks are sharp, and the rig was able to get through most weeds easily. Only got hung up in some really heavy grasses a couple of times, but I was able to get out without losing, or even damaging, any tackle.

One held up to about a dozen small to medium fish catches( and more strikes) before it finally lost its tail. I initially bought a pack of these without knowing that they used the Pecos- specific swimbait bodies due to low stock/organization at my local store. 6th Sense makes refill 12- packs of these swimbaits, and I wish that these were also available at DSG.

This is the first swimjig I ever caught a bass on. I really love the head design and the double keeper on the hook shank but the best part is the weed guard. It ’s softer than most but still stiff enough to keep it from snagging. Best colors to start with are Tommy gill or the numbers. Bottom line this is a legit swimjig!

I had originally bought one two pack of these jigs from my local dick's. I took them out with me the next day to a local creek, after trying the trout magnets and the trout magnet mini with no success I tied one of these on with in three cast I had a nice little 12 inch brook trout. Since then these have become a permanent fixture of my brook trout box.
