This is for Kayak fishing but add the track to a board and your open water Garmin transducer to the arm and you have a year round sonar. Without an arm like this the standard transducer cable is too stiff to keep the transducer pointing straight down which is critical when in flasher mode.

I needed a swivel mount so I can search structure while idling the boat and then flip it around while using the trolling motor. I ’ ve gone out 10- 15 times and have had zero issues. It provides nearly infinite adjustments. It ’s tough and I can tell it ’s built to last.

I bought this a few weeks ago for my husband ’s birthday and he absolutely loves it! It has proven to be extremely helpful and accurate when mapping out the water areas. It is built well and seems it will last him a good while until upgrading to the next new gadget! Anyone who loves fishing would love this tool!

[ The instructions are very simple, and though it is not the best sonar, it is an excellent entry model. I would only really trust it to read depths but I would not try to use it to navigate under water structure.

Went with the deeper instead of other fish finders because it is so easy to use for kayak and shore fishing. It is lightweight and portable. I do n't need to run wires or add another screen. I just mount my phone with the deeper mounts to my kayak or pole. It may not be the greatest transducer in the world but it's also not super expensive either.

[ Takes a bit of time to install if you need a battery box as well but once it is together the two items are really solid and easy to use. Only suggestion is a lock that will hold the transducer up in the air and keep it in place while moving the kayak into and out of the water.

[ I have 1 for my fish finder and 1 for my Hydrowave. It allows me to easily lift my transducer and speaker out of the water. I own many Yakattack products.

I bought this to replace my Scotty transducer arm. The Scotty arm did n't deploy deep enough to use the Side image scan on my Garmin. The YakAttack switch blade is very user friendly and has multiple options.

I bought this set to mount my fish finder to the track on my kayak. It ’s everything all in one. Makes it so easy to move the battery, transducer and fish finder between kayaks. Also convenient to quickly remove it all for trailering. Very easy to put together.
