Very little break in needed. Nice insole. Typical of Georgia Boots has too much material on inside of tongue that can bunch up and be uncomfortable but, not as much as some. I ’ m happy with the purchase

I almost exclusively wear 8 ”- 10 ” work boots; it drives my wife nuts. I own many different brands and try to keep with US made products. This USA Georgia Boot Logger is built like a dang tank, but rides or feels like a Cadillac once broken in. The comfort core footbed is different for sure, but it is very comfortable. Because they ’ re multiple layers of leather, break in does take some time, but it ’s not terrible. I do own 3 pairs of this boot and rotate them out. Boot is very stable and have great traction and grip. I do wear other brands too, but this boot seems to be one of my go to, for sure. Georgia Boot knocked it out of the park with this one. I own 3 pairs, myself, and rotate them out. Great boot!

I bought them a month ago they take a little time to break in but are extremely comfortable and light for a safety toe boot. All in all very pleased with them and they are made in the USA which is the main reason for buying them.

These boots are like slippers from day 1! My only suggestion is to not lace hooks right in ankle until worn for a couple days! I love these boots so much,,, on my 3rd pair. Last a whole summer landscaping,, would buy 3 pairs of Keene Hiking boots per summer for contrast

I became interested in this style of boot due to me having bad/weak ankles. considering that im very active, i needed the support. i first tried the justin and after the second time of wearing them, quickly realized they were too stiff and too heavy and went to my local supply and tried on the georgia. i 've gone through three pair of which were each resouled atleast once and now about to pull the trigger on a fourth. with each pair, once broken in, feel like a pair of house slippers. as mentioned by others, the lether on the last two pair do seem to be a bit harder than previous. overall, i 'll have to give them a two thumbs up.

My husband is a carpenter and he has been wearing this boot for over 20 years. The store we previously bought it from closed, so we found it online and we are so satisfied. My husband says he does n't have to break this boot in.

I bought this boot for work when I was a Union Carpenter. It was the lightest most comfortable boot I 've ever had. I hung hundreds of sheets of drywall in them and the most important thing for me was to have a good work boot. And this boot was perfect. I recommend this boot to people all the time.

I 've had my Georgia boots about a month- I thought I 'd have to wear them a little each day until they were broken in- by the 2nd hour I had them on, I forgot that I was wearing new boots! From jumping on& off tractors to riding the Harley there's no need to change shoes. I double coated mine with Neatsfoot oil to soak in the leather but they are as soft as if that was already done out of the box. Thanks Georgia for still making a great product!

So far so good! They were a little uncomfortable at first but after a week there are comfy. I wish the tongue was attached a like higher up the boot so you can stand in deeper water but other than that they work flawlessly! I ’ m a well driller and good boys are hard to find that hold up to the constant mud and water every day. George boots hold up better than anything I ’ ve slipped my foot in!

I bought these boots over a year ago. So far they have been pretty good. I work as a full time diesel technician and occasionally have to do landscaping and construction work and these boots have held up pretty well to everything I do. The oil, diesel, break cleaner, etc have not hurt the leather nor the stitches at all. I will say I am disappointed in the insoles, being that they only lasted me about 4 months. I have had to replace the insoles quite often but mainly because I do weigh about 255 lbs and have a very wide foot. Also the hook eyelet on my left boot broke after about 6 months as well. The water proof feature has been great even for being a lace up boot. I ’ ve been I some fairly deep water( nearly covering up the entire boot) and haven ’ t had any water go into these boots or the leather. All in all these boots have been a strong and sturdy boot for what I need them for. I ’ d recommend them highly since I haven ’ t had much issues with them besides the two mentioned and have found them super comfortable

I have had these boots for about 6months now. They look amazing and has been a very durable, I build houses from foundation to the roof so I say all environments and these have done well. The waterproofing has seem to do good so far but with winter coming I ’ ll really put them to the test. As for fit they do run tight, I even got a 10W and it ’s still pretty snugged on the sides, I ’ m assuming that ’s to get the square to incorporated in them that causes that. I would suggest maybe ordering a half size bigger than normal. Traction is pretty good for the everyday wear and work, if you ’ re going to be on hill sides all day this boot isn ’ t for you. Protection wise the boot had done great, the leather still looks fairly new and no sign of wearing out on me, which is a plus ’s That ’s my only gripe so far. As expected another great boot

Kiltie work boots are a specific style of footwear designed for durability and protection in rugged environments. They typically feature a distinctive fringe or kiltie design at the front, which not only adds a unique aesthetic but can also provide additional coverage and protection. These boots are often made from high-quality materials that enhance their longevity and performance in demanding work conditions.
Kiltie work boots are usually constructed from robust materials such as leather, synthetic fabrics, and rubber. Leather is favored for its durability and water resistance, while synthetic materials can offer lightweight comfort and breathability. Additionally, many kiltie work boots incorporate waterproof linings and slip-resistant outsoles to enhance functionality in various work environments.
When selecting kiltie work boots, consider features such as waterproofing, slip resistance, and toe protection. A composite or steel toe can provide essential safety in hazardous work settings. Additionally, look for boots with cushioned insoles and supportive midsoles to ensure comfort during long hours of wear.
Kiltie work boots are versatile and can be suitable for various work environments, including construction sites, farms, and outdoor labor. However, it's important to choose a pair that meets the specific safety requirements of your job, such as slip resistance or electrical hazard protection. Always assess the conditions you'll be working in to ensure the boots provide the necessary support and safety.
Kiltie work boots differ from other styles primarily in their design and aesthetic appeal, featuring the unique fringe or kiltie front. While traditional work boots may focus solely on functionality, kiltie boots blend style with performance. They often provide similar safety features, but the choice between them may come down to personal preference regarding style and comfort.
