I bought these with skepticism- Nike usually has good looking shoes, but often underdeliver with quality and functionality. These shoes get the job done. I purchased with the intention of wearing them in the weight room- no desire to run and/or jump in them. They provide excellent ankle support and a wide toe base so that you 're able to get your feet set before every lift. The firm sole provides little toe bend, which I appreciate. I would n't recommend them if you 're wanting to run, they 're heavier and on the clunky side, but think they 're well suited for a lifting or HIIT type shoe.

The Skyhand OG is a great daily casual shoe! It goes well with most outfits, and is very comfy. It has the classic ASICS style and flare. It is the definition of bang for your buck. I got these shoes in the neptune colorway and get lots of compliments when I wear them. They fit true to asics sizing. They are very comfortable to walk around in, not as good as real sneakers, but better than a lot of lifestyle ones. Like all asics, there's no arch support. The insole is n't removable, but I find a thin black superfeet support fits just fine without crowding. Adding the arch support on all my asics helps make them a lot easier on my feet.

The stitching is perfect, and the combination of breathable fabrics make the shoe sturdy and I know will stand the test of time. The color way worked out excellent as they match his favorite team( Go Raiders!). As far as comfortability, he states they are 9/10, not being his most comfortable pair but very close. They are easy to clean off and the laces are the perfect length. The only complaint he had was the toe box is different than most of his other shoes and he had to get used to the feeling of his toes springing up with each step, but now it doesn ’ t bother him at all.

The toe box is roomier in width and height than other Nike shoes I own which allows for excellent circulation and comfort. They definitely fit true to size. The soles are both comfortable to stand in during my daily routine, but also offers support for longer walks and runs. The texture on the bottom is extremely grippy and allows for additional traction with the Winfrey days but also rocky paths for hiking. Probably the best pair of Nikes I ever had: great look and comfortable. I only would like to point out that, despite being advertised as retro running shoe, this model easily get ripped on the upper sole if you have a wide feet and run/jog a lot( specifically 500 km per month).
