I 've had these for six weeks of summer on sidewalks and woods' rutty trails where they 've been great-- perfect insulation from the ground's surface, good traction on wet and/or uneven ground, plenty roomy for my wide forefeet whether w/ socks or not, and w/ a springy stride. Yea they look great in deed. But they do not fit me what so ever. Apparently I bought two pairs of chocos as a new customer and had a poor experience concerning fitment with both sandals. Both the low down slides and a pair of the sandal version are n't exactly what I expecting( which was the perfect sandal) This blue is awesome. They look so good but i just cant walk 5 feet without them falling off. It's amazing how my feet just wont form into them. It does n't work for me. I really needed the back strap with these slides. Another thing is they are not `` true slides '' in the sense of the word. I had to loosen and tighten the straps every time when putting them on. That alone was a dealbreaker. I have n't send them back. I give good reviews because im not knocking a company for how they do n't work for me. Somebody might fit in these things. Again I cant stress enough how cool they look but I just ca n't manage to work with them. I recommend you try them and share your experience. God bless.

I am a true 10. 5- 11. I went with a 10 for a more snug fit, and got what I ordered. I am PE teacher and wore them for a whole day of teaching and should 've gone up in size if I had planned to teach in these. I did feel a little chaffing after the day but no actual blisters. My only complaint is the logo blends into the overall color of the shoe a lot more so than it looks online. When the shoes are on the floor it just looks like it's all black until you look at it from a specific angle to notice there's a jets logo. But the size is perfect and they 're comfy shoes. I purchased the Men's Mt. Maddsen Slip- On Shoe in October 2022 about a month before a trip to Northern Ireland. I was looking for a comfortable hiking shoe. Having previously owned a pair of Timberland SmartWool slip- ons that were wonderful to wear, I gave the Mt. Maddsen slip- ons a try. They did not disappoint. The leather uppers softened and molded themselves to fit my foot so they have become my preferred shoe for working in the yard as well as hiking. They shed water well and the thick soles keep my foot out of puddles in the rain. After 2 years of hard use( I write this in 2024) the soles are worn, but no separation at all from the leather uppers. Very well made.( This is for the model A6660 made in Vietnam)
