These work great. I 've caught fish from Jersey to Mexico with these. The biggest so far was 30lbs. These lures produce, and I always have a couple on me. These catch fish when nothing else is. I 've caught Blues, Stripers, Jack's, and even Fluke on them. They cast well and are well worth the price.

picked up a couple of these lures the other day, they are unbelievable. caught 4 stripers( 1 40 pounder) all on the sp minnows. I saw what baitfish were running and matched the lure to the baitfish. the stripers went crazy for it. they hit it so hard. i would defenitely reccomend it.

The color selection is screwed up. For example, the picture for `` bone '' is a minnow of another color. I selected bone, hoping that I would actually get the bone one, but I actually got the shad color. So be careful which one you select. The SP minnow itself is great though.

The only issue is the treble hooks. I swapped them out with single hooks so it wouldn ’ t get tangled up in the net/cause injuries to me as well as the fish.

In June, I used the chartreuse and silver Catch 2000 on the flats in Apalachee Bay south of St. Marks, FL. The water was tea- colored but clear, and there was a lot of lose floating grass in the water. After the fifth or sixth cast, something hit the lure so hard that it about yanked my shoulders out of their sockets. A second later, my line snapped and the beast( probably a cobia) and my Mirrolure was gone.

I have used this on flats, dock lights, and spillways for snook. It works extremely well with a loop knot. It is DOA, great quality. My only complaint is the ones with the green or yellow tail, lose the tail extremely easy, but you will catch more snook tHan you will lose tails.

The DOA soft jerk baits are my go to artificial baits when I 'm fishing for Spotted Sea Trout and Redfish. I use both the split- tail and paddle tail versions in various colors, including silver& black, Chartreuse, Rootbeer/Gold Glitter, and Glow. I use a weighted weedless hook for the split- tails and a 1/4 jig head for the paddle tails, and I can honestly say, they have never let me down. Usually, when nothing else 8s working, short of live bait, I can confidently switch over to a CAL Jerk bait, and 9 times out of 10 I will get a hit!! Highly Recommended!!
