I have found them to be in terrific working order and have n't seen the need to replace anything just yet. Idk why I was so surprised that the outer shell is plastic, somehow in my mind I had made it out to be leather, in either case these are beautiful skates. The inside boot is very soft, warm and fluffy. I had A LOT of anxiety picking the size. I ’ m size 9 women US, 40 EU and if I had ordered what the chart says I should have ordered skate size 7 but I didn ’ t I ordered 8 since a neighbor who is an ice hockey ref told me order one size down Bauer skate size as opposed to your shoes size. I ordered 8 skate size and it fits perfectly although the box says 42 EU. Sizing is way out of wack. Just order one size down in skate sizing from your shoe size.

Wanted to get into inline skating as a low impact exercise. Was in my teens last time I did. Running is too hard on the knees. These are great for the price. The wheels are HUGE and great for outdoor skating. I would n't recommend for beginners. Get smaller wheels if you 're just learning. Only downside so far is the straps tend to not stay tight. They loosen very easily. I 'm 6' 6 with 13 size shoe. These are true to size. Wearing these 195mm wheels and I 'm over 7' tall which is a long way to fall. Make sure you get safety gear as these have no brake.

He started out using them in quad mode. They definitely helped his balance and he said they were comfortable. As his confidence grew he felt ready to try them in inline mode. Switching the wheels is quick and easy. They are held on by 2 bolts per skate which are easy to remove using the included Allen wrench. Once in inline mode my son spent another hour in the skates and probably would have kept going if we didn ’ t make him come in for dinner. As it got darker outside he really noticed the light up wheels and thought they were the best thing ever. Even after hours in the skates he didn ’ t have any blisters and he said they were comfortable. These skates are WAY better quality than other skates we ’ ve used. The 2- in- 1 skates are perfect for our two daughters, ages 8& 9! We already have a two- year experience with the scooters from Yvolution 💯 and we were so happy to see they were now making skates! Both the skate and inline setups for the 2- in- 1 are working well for each kid, and it was very easy to swap the skate wheel setups out for the inline for our oldest. I love how the adjustable shoe allows for growth to happen. Our oldest was between sizes( 3- 4 US) and we landed on the middle adjustment to start for her. And now we can rest assured they ’ ll continue to fit for the next year or so. The quality and build are excellent for a kid skater, and both our girls love the colors. The purple color and the graphics are really cute – both girls love the design. Our girls are beginners, but after just a week on the inline setup, my oldest has become really confident and asks to skate every day.
