Like all floro will have some memory after while but just spray it will reel magic and become soft again. The other guys who gave it one star must be doing something wrong like backlashes or leaving it out for the sun to bake it. I have never had any problems they said. In the past, however, I bought the line in bulk spools of 300 yards, which was considerably cheaper on a per- yard basis. I have used PowerPro braid in 15 and 20 pound test on various fresh and salt water setups over the years. I have run through 4 spools of 30lb test/ 30 yards in 6 months. Always in my small carry tackle bag. Sits next to lures and pliers in that bag( and water) and is one of my essentials.
