After an auto accident left me with serious foot pain years ago after surgery I was willing to try it out. My first thoughts were how comfortable it was in my workshoe- even with my wide foot it was still Comfortable and with my work pants on not visible. It was not bulky at all. Chiropractor said he could n't help me after seeing my mri's. I could n't walk in the morning til I had pain meds and a hot shower. Then I would limp. Chiropractor sent me to nero surgeon. I spent 16 months with upper leg pain. PT and a chiropractor had the same diagnosis and similar treatments, pressure on the nerves in my lower back were causing the pain. I could n't walk 50 yards without stopping to take pressure off my lower back. Thought about an inversion table, my PT therapists did n't think it would help but had no objections. After twice a day, AM and PM for 5 minutes on my teeter I had significant improvement in less than a week. Now, 3 months later, no pain. OMG. I had never heard of Teeter except my friend had one and had been using it for years. I never understood why until my doctor said I had siatica issues.
