I recently used these shoes at the Big Sur International Marathon. This course has it all it rained the majority of the race, so I had wet roads, a lot of big up and down hills, and also a long section of the road where the road angled off steeply to one side. I have been a VF3 runner the past season. These shoes were even better the VF4s will be my go- to marathon race shoe for the rest of the season!

Very light, very fast. Took a minute to get used to the placement of the new cushioning in the heel. But after about a mile or so, they felt great.

Super fast shoe, very light, great return, not a lot of size difference between the 9 and 9. 5, so kept the larger as the 9 felt like it was breaking me on the stride, love the upper but needs lace locking for a snug fit, sent it on the mile, felt great think this is going to be a great race shoe, for reference I 'm 5. 6 and 14+ stone running 6 min mile, 43, 10k, 330 marathon, so no skinny minnie.

Awesome shoe! Tongueless upper is amazing. Heel fit nice and snug. Good cushion and a very reactive feel. You roll thru foot strike easily! Like the VP and Zoom Fly These are RUNNING shoes, not walking shoes. Sure you can walk in them but they wont feel quite as spectacular.

Well. I bought 4 pairs. These are everything I was hoping for. Essentially a springy, barefoot run with great energy return. All have worn well unless I try to take them off without undoing the laces, or scrape them on concrete. I wear mine daily. I have narrow feet with exceptionally high arches. As for this model compared to the Alphafly 2 and original…they improved them tremendously. They are snug without pressure, better foam profile, and the lacing system doesn ’ t untie easily. Oh, and they look cool. Final assessment- for a daily 5k- ❤️👍🏻💨

Alphafly 2 has been my only running shoe, so I ’ m sorry to see it appears to be on the way out. I hope the 3 is just as good. I love the booty fit without the need to deal with a loose tongue. Grab the loops at the top and back to slip on more easily. The laces did dig into the top of my feet, but problem solved with a Lydiard- style lacing( see photo).

Never ever had a problem with the alpha fly. I ’ ve worn them for the last 3 years or so and love them. I have a really bad knee but I honestly don ’ t suffer with it when wearing the alpha flys because of the cushion acts as a shock absorber. Love them and all the colours

definitely PB shoes. hard to put on, which makes it feel like wrapping your feet during the run. Thumps up. It does give you lots push forward power when you running. This shoes require very strong calves. if you new runner or beginner please take a second thought about purchasing it.

I love this shoes so much! Very comfy i did 4 hours workout tonight right after i received this and do a high speed 1 hour run on treadmill, my feet feels great after all! I ’ m women 7. 5 i got size 6. 5 and fits lovely 🥰. I highly recommend money worth it 🔥
