Love the arch support on these and the price point. Although they ’ re not the best looking shoe to wear, this shoe is definitely made to put in work. Minor slippage on my right foot as it ’s slightly smaller than my left foot. Toe cap is not your average Nike narrow one. It is a little wider( assuming it ’s for when your toes expand while running). They fit differently, but if I were to go. 5 smaller my big toe would definitely hit. I went true to size and I always fit into their narrow shoes( Nike).

I purchased the Hyperion 2s after researching speed/ tempo based shoes and reading reviews/ recommendations. This is my first pair of Brooks and I am very happy with the purchase. The shoes are quick and promote a fast turnover and forefoot strike, which suits me well. I 'll consider buying Brooks again as I replace other shoes in my rotation.

I ’ ve tried most of the styles and keep coming back to the Saucony Endorphin Shift 2 w/Speedroll- just wish the prices were better. All the sneakers out now cost a fortune for something hood; yet they have the thinnest layer of rubber on the bottom and zero leather for durability. Great balance finally returned to what I used to love in the ghost. The 14, 15 and 16's were not good for me due to toe box and forefoot issues but these new 17's hit the sweet spot with balanced heel comfort, toe off and ride. Well. I bought 4 pairs. These are everything I was hoping for. Essentially a springy, barefoot run with great energy return. All have worn well unless I try to take them off without undoing the laces, or scrape them on concrete. I wear mine daily. I have narrow feet with exceptionally high arches. As for this model compared to the Alphafly 2 and original…they improved them tremendously. They are snug without pressure, better foam profile, and the lacing system doesn ’ t untie easily. Oh, and they look cool. Final assessment- for a daily 5k- ❤️👍🏻💨

Not perfect but the best racing supershoe that I ’ ve used among VF2, VF3, adizero adios, AF3. Just received VF4s but yet to run in them. My first run in these AF3s was a shakeout before a half marathon. Was concerned as the shoes squeaked for about 2. 5 miles but that finally subsided. Have run 2 half marathons in these- each time was PR by 4 minutes. Best thing for me is the low volume toe box. I have narrow, low volume feet. The VF3s are way too baggy in the toe box for me. These shoes do “ hoof clop ” loudly like the old tempo next% trainers. Ppl always turning their head as I come up on them🤣

My first pair of Asics Gel- Cumulus and I am very impressed. These feel like you are walking on cloud. The cushion is very good. Came to this shoe after 500 miles on a pair of NB fresh foam x more V4, a heavier more cushioned shoe. After initial run, I found these to be comfortable, supportive and very light/fast. Now I ’ m thinking I should have bought 2 pairs. I do about 120 miles a month, so I ’ m curious to see how long they will last running asphalt hills.
