[ My first outing with this chair was on a long walk on a beach at Bodega Bay in northern California. I am pushing 80 with arthritis in both knees. After 20 minutes I needed a rest. I sat while others continued. After sitting comfortably for over 30 minutes, I rejoined my group to head back. Very pleased with how well I felt. Love the portable weight and overall construction. I am only 5' 1 and about 250 lbs with my short legs I was getting exhausted form sitting on the bleachers/ benches at my daughter's volleyball games but since I am heavy as well it was twice as bad.
