The bench gets some getting used to with exact positioning for the leg attachment but once you got the knack, it ’s incredible! The only drawback is that it does take up a good amount of space so when trying to bring the bench up to a cable machine to do lat pull downs, the front bottom of the bench was too long for an effective positioning. I can understand why people have some issues. If you are a serious body builder, buy another set up. I bought this with the idea of working out to stay in shape. It is perfect for that. Being able to move the bench independently from the rack is awesome. Pros - - easy to build and use. Very versatile. The leg developer is a great asset. The unit is well built and sturdy. You can turn the bench sideways and place it in front of the rack reducing the overall footprint considerably. Cons - - once you have about 80 lbs on the leg developer/preacher curl, the bench begins to get light in the back. You can place some weight on the bench to offset. Decline bench is n't going to happen without long arms or someone to lift the weight off. The rack raises and lowers just fine, but doesn not lower enough to perform decline olympic bar presses. Dumbell decline presses are just fine though. Also, the preacher curl grips do not spin so use gloves. Overall, this product is great!! The cons are few and can be remedied... minus decline press.

It was extremely easy to build. Feels durable compared to other versions I have had and the fact that the bench is separated from the rack is awesome.

I read one product review that was quite concerning when purchasing this product. It seems an unlucky customer's arm bar broke from its weld an he could n't fix it. I have owned it for one month now and love it. It has many functions for a single bench and many ways to get a complete work out. So I still have a concern about the arm bar, however, the previous complainer might have just overloaded it with too much weight. I 'm a low weight, high rep kinda guy.

For over four decades I have been a weight lifter and it would be fair to say I might know a few things on the topic. Because it has been so long in training I finally decided to get out of the gyms and take it home. The above named bench is one of the products I bought so I could train at home away from the crowds. Here is what I found. The instructions showed a drawing on paper for every part to be identified. Once identification is made, the instructions went just as they are written and It went together easy. The unit is stable on the floor and is a quality item in strength. I am able to do supine and incline press positions. There is a place on the slant rail to engage a full 90 degree upright position if one wanted back support for shoulders. However, when brought to this position the seat pad and the back pad conflict in the fold as both pads now touch and the unit will not lock into position. I do n't require a full upright position so I have said nothing about it to Dick's. It is a good bench and for me not worth complaining. The adjustable seat pad is great as it will keep you in the saddle and your body stable on the bench with any weight. I like it.

Wow! Bought this for the 2024 Wakaan 4 Day musical festival in Ozark, AR and the bench was a huge social, happy gathering spot, was used to the max! Many people inquired as to where the bench was purchased. It serves as a great space blocker, sitting low to the ground is comfortable/nice, can easily store your belongings under it, can sit alone with your things next to you if you want a little space to yourself or if a cool friend/person walks by, you can say yo... come sit next to me a minute:). Super light, super easy to fold up and roll/go... Absolutely amazing purchase, design. Thanks Coleman:)

I looked at a lot of reviews prior to making this purchase. It was very easy to follow the assembly instructions, all the hardware was properly marked and I had it together in about an hour. I set everything out, and took my time following the instructions carefully. It is very well built, the welds are great, the sturdiness is reassuring, and the quality is awesome. Very sturdy Half rack! I wanted a half rack that allows me to do squats, bench press, pull ups and dips and I wanted it to fit in my 1 car garage( We do n't use the garage for parking) and I could n't be happier with this purchase. I ordered it online and picked it up from the store. arrived home and was able to put it all together in 2 hours. it would 've been helpful if I had another person to help but it was manageable. you need to have 2 wrenches( small or medium size id better than large) to be able to tighten the screws/ bolts. otherwise, no other tools needed. Tip: after putting it all together, go and tighten all the screws again for maximum stability. this is more than enough for anyone lifting at home who is a NON PRO. the rack has four plate storage posts that are 2 inches thick. they worked perfectly with my fitness gear plates. the J hooks are very thick and safe. the spotters arms are thick and have rubber insulation to protect your bar. this is a great purchase for under$ 400 and I am extremely happy with it.

bought this half rack about 10 days ago. Took about 1. 5 hrs to put together. Directions/diagrams arent the easiest to read but no issues found. So glad I bought this. Have been looking at buying Olympic weight bench/set for 2 yrs. Solid rack. Lots of options for me in the workout. I would buy again without a doubt. Glad it was on sale which helped immensely. Bought 300 lb. matching weight set and plain standard bench. Bench is basic but solid and firm, no complaints. Thought I would pass this along to other folks

Love how long it is, but folds up just as easily as a single chair and is super lightweight. So much easier than carrying multiple individual chairs

It can accommodate various positions, such as flat, incline, and decline, which helps target different muscle groups effectively. Additionally, its compact design often makes it suitable for home gyms, maximizing space while providing a comprehensive workout solution.
When selecting a multi-functional bench, consider features such as adjustability, stability, and weight capacity. An adjustable bench allows for multiple angles, enhancing workout variety. Look for sturdy construction and non-slip feet to ensure safety during use, as well as a comfortable padding to support longer workout sessions.
Yes, a multi-functional bench is designed to support various types of workouts, including strength training, bodyweight exercises, and even stretching routines. Its adjustable settings enable users to perform exercises targeting different muscle groups, making it a valuable addition to any fitness regimen. Whether you're lifting weights or doing push-ups, it can enhance your workout experience.
To determine the right size of a multi-functional bench for your space, measure the area where you plan to use it, ensuring there is enough room for movement and additional equipment. Consider the bench's dimensions when fully extended, as well as its height and width, to ensure it fits comfortably in your workout area. Compact designs may be ideal for smaller spaces, while larger benches can offer more features.
Multi-functional benches are typically constructed from materials like steel for the frame and high-density foam for padding. Steel frames provide strength and stability, ensuring the bench can withstand heavy use. The quality of the padding also affects comfort and durability, as thicker, high-density foam can enhance support during workouts and resist wear over time.
