very pleased with my purchase. needed something to keep my hands in the correct position. after attaching it to my club and started the process i found out just what i was doing wrong.. after a few times using it my arms and wrist were in a much better position. works great!

I hate COVID
Mid 40's age golfer that picked up the game 5 yrs ago. Tried everything to fix my over the top swing and nothing worked. Started swinging this everyday and it has dramatically improved my swing. And for the guys complaining about the top screw rubbing their palm or having big hands just take off the optional club head attachment that fits at the bottom of the grip and move your hands down from the top screw. This product is incredible. I 've had mine for about a month, and I get in at least 10 minutes of swings with it almost every day. I finally got out and hit the course for the first time since getting the IS the other day and, while my score still was n't good, I was striking the ball better and with much more consistency than I have in years. I 've still got swing thoughts, but now I at least know what I 'm feeling for, and with more swings it 'll eventually just become muscle memory.

A major difference between high- handicappers and better players is the angle of the clubface at impact. High- handicappers turn 5- irons in 7's, with less accuracy, while better players turn 7's into 5's with much cleaner and crisper contact. This is the idea of `` lag ''. This product will absolutely help, you 'll make far better compression, adding significant distance and accuracy. Do NOT however, fall into the trap of just working this as if it were a `` hands- only '' maneuver. Follow the `` you tube '' instructions and work this practice into your full swing and the results will be excellent. PS it will also help your chipping, pitching and putting. Well worth the money, but put in the effort.

I 'm 62 and purchased this about 2 months ago. So far, I find it to be very good. I lift weights 3 days a week and use this Golf Forever the other 4 days of the week. It's not a `` muscle strenuous '' workout so it compliments my other routine. My weakness is with balance and flexibility so I believe over time this Golf Forever trainer will help because I 'm already seeing some benefits. Before starting it asks you what equipment you have so it can provide routines that you can do in addition to the Golf Forever trainer. I would suggest getting a good foam roller because the routines they have for it are good.

Good equipment and great results so far. 3 weeks into it and I have quantifiable positive results. The program membership will cost more after the trial but it is explained. No carry case when bought from GG but I wouldn ’ t be carrying it around so it ’s meaningless. The equipment and program get results. I ’ ve done 3 weeks 6 days per week and 32- 40 minutes per session and all sessions have golf related impact. I will continue using it. Buy it from wherever but buy it and use it. You ’ ll be glad.
