I ’ ve had this for about a month and I love it! I travel a lot and used to carry a foam roller that took up so much space in my luggage. The pro- tec is about 5 ” diameter so it takes up very little room. It works great on the floor or against the wall( for more control of how much pressure you put on the ball). My only complaint is that I ’ ve noticed a slight flat spot on the ball after putting full weight on it from my back while on a hard wood floor. I only weigh 170 lbs.

This was 1 of the first things I bought from trigger point after a friend recommended it. I was so upset because I was working on some really bad back knots, and it was too soft. So I ordered the blk grid ball which is great. But now i 've realized you really have to have both. I 'm an avid golfer, and I 've been wanting to increase the distance on my drives and other shots. I 've seen a few videos of pros doing exercises with wall balls that looked like a great way to help create more torque and power through rotation. After stumbling upon this while searching, I gave it a try, and it's been really good! The first use had my abs and obliques sore, but I knew that meant it was doing the trick. I 've continued using it with other exercises with explosive movements, and I 've definitely noticed gains in my golf game. I do n't think I 'll be going pro anytime soon, but I 've knocked a few strokes off my game.
