So I ordered the blk grid ball which is great. But now i 've realized you really have to have both. We have a house of athletes that travel for competitions and having a vibrating roller that travels easily is a huge benefit. We have had a larger vibrating roller for a year and its used daily but it does n't travel easily. We like the Grid Vibe Plus because its small but packs a punch.
