Great all- around… bouncy feel, better cushion than Ghost/Pegasus, average weight and stack. Significantly better than the 4. ATC is a slightly stiffer around the foot but otherwise runs the same as the regular. Does not have the best grip especially in wet conditions. Tounge could be better than flimsy fabric.

Great shoes. Not overly cushy, responsive. I do wish I would gone 1/2 size larger. The fit is snug around the foot. As an Analogy- I compare it to slim fit shirt. If you prefer a classic fit shirt, nice and loose, then you won ’ t like the shoe. It fits well, but is tailored around your foot.

Spacious fit: The toe box has plenty of room, which is great for wider feet or runners who like a little extra wiggle room. Durable: These shoes seem well- made and should hold up well for many miles. Excellent value: The Winflo 11 is a great shoe at a very reasonable price point. Some things to consider: A bit heavy: Compared to some other running shoes, the Winflo 11 is a bit on the heavier side. However, the added weight does n't seem to affect performance for most runners. Not ideal for overpronators: If you tend to overpronate( your foot rolls inward excessively), these shoes might not provide the extra stability you need. I have had 3 pairs of deviate 2s and this is the only pair of 3s i have so far, but wow. What an amazing shoe. It has become my race day shoe primarily for now. love the evolution of this product. Everything from the shoe laces to the carbon plate is really very top notch. I have completed several 5ks in them and won my age, and just recent ran the Ballin on Belrose a ten mile race done on a half mile hill.. I ran it last year in the forever run, and this year in the deviate 3 feet felt amazing.
