Great show for weightlifting and stability, but runs small. I am a size 7. 5 and generally wear an 8 in Nike sneakers( Pegasus, etc.) so that I have room in the toes in case my feet swell a little from heat or hiking, etc. I ordered the Metcon in my normal Nike size of 8 and my big toe is basically at the tip of the shoe, so I need to exchange them for an 8. 5. If I was using them for hiking or anything I thought would make my feet swell, I might even size up to a 9 which would be absolutely wild! Anyway, just thought I would leave a review because these are way small.

Got these for my ultra marathon( 100k) worked really well, only ended up with 71 blisters on each foot and a ripped open midsole instead of the usual 134 and a completely dissolved midsole in my usual Nike rivals. The GT Hustle 3's are probably the best basketball shoes I 've ever owned, but they might not be for everyone. If you prefer low- to- the- ground cushioning or have large- volume feet( wide, etc.), these may not be ideal for you. However, if you need excellent cushioning and have low- volume feet( narrow, etc.), these could be perfect. The support of these shoes is incredible. I can make hard cuts and stops with great stability. When laced tightly, they are super comfortable with no pinch points. They have a cushy running shoe feel during full- court transitions but are definitely tuned for basketball. My only complaint is the tongue, which curls on the sides. Fortunately, this does n't affect comfort or gameplay, so no stars off for that.
