Must say so far so good. Have had them less than a month but break in period was short and boots have been a comfortable addition to workday. On my feet a lot and was concerned I would not have same comfort as previous boots( had for over 12 years). A little early to comment on durability but have faith in the Carhart name. Rated quality and durability a 3 only because of short time in ownership

This is my third pair of Carhart's 6 '' Soft Toe Work Boot. I love them. They are tough, long lasting and comfortable. I use them for my everyday foot wear except dress occassions. I even take my daily four mile walk in them. I hike in them and hunt in them. For me, they are the best boot I have every owned in terms of quality. When properly maintained, they are water repellent. This would n't have been my third pair if I was n't completely sold on this Carhart product.

[ I have been looking for a new work boot for a couple years and these are it. I ordered and tested 6 different types of boots after the ones I had used for years were discontinued. Working as a farmer I am on my feet a lot, and tend to hike when I am off so I wear out a lot of boots. For one reason or another none of the other ones I tried were quite right but these work well. [ Are these as comfy as a pair of slippers? No! But they are a great pair of casual work boots. They are firm and supportive…and light. They run true to size. They have a traction tread on the sole- not a smooth soft- sole, and they “ lean ” a little forward, making a walk across the warehouse or the parking lot a welcome activity! They appear to be put together pretty well, I expect to get some miles out of these boots.

Great all around shoe. I had back surgery and was having trouble finding a show I could stand on hard surfaces for awhile. I bought two pair to try and has been a great purchase so far. I think they are really comfortable walking and standing. They really fit good and tight.

I bought these boots for my husband. He wears a 15 which is very difficult to find. They only come in wide width, unfortunately, but he likes them and they look great. They were stiff at first but after only 2 wearings were much more comfortable. The price and shipping time were reasonable. He can wear these boots when dress shoes are n't necessary but he wants something more than tennis shoes. Highly recommend

This is the second pair of carhartt boots I 've purchased. And I 'm liking these boots more than the first. They are super lightweight and equally as comfortable. I have n't had long enough to speak on the durability of this style but if they are like the rest of the carhartt brand I 'm sure I 'll be happy in the long term!

After lots of research I bought these boots for work. I manage small business with a machine and fabrication shop. I work in and out of the office and shop. I needed something that was n't big and clunky, but still protective. Also something that is good for standing on concrete. I have a little consistent knee pain, and wearing these boots helped reduce my pain. I really do n't have any complaints about these boots. Probably my favorite steel toe work boots that I have had.

I really love my boots. It ’s now my 4th pair. I like how Dr. Martens can be dressed up or dressed down. I wear them to work giving a professional look, but then I can still rock them at happy hour with a dressed down look. If you never had a pair they are heavy. They weigh at least 4- 5 pounds.

they are a good fit comfortable and do seem to be waterproof so far, I am in the farming business and my feet stay dry, only drawback is an occasional soar from a rub below my ankle but that could be a socks issue. Can not rate durability or quality as only been wearing them 2 weeks
