This thing is built like a tank. I moved houses and when my husband was carrying it down the stairs, he dropped it, down an entire flight of stairs. I have used this two dozen times, and it works really well. I am glad that they added the door because it helps them cook a lot faster. One tip I learned early on is to make sure to let it pre- heat for the best results, I usually like 500 degrees. One thing I should note is that when I was looking at purchasing this, I contacted CC to see if this would work on my cache cooker( a camp chef product from the 90s or so) and they all said that it would not. I am glad to report that it does, so if you have one of those, you are good to buy it.

Have 16& 14 inch pizza oven& have had them for several years. Keep one at home and one in the 5th wheel. These ovens are great& we use them a lot. Extremely happy with our Camp Chef Artisan Pizza Oven. Zero learning curve... made three great pizzas on the first three attempts. On our first attempt, we forgot to bring a rolling pin and as a result turned into more of a deep dish. Still great. Bought another rolling pin to keep in our travel trailer. On the second and third pizzas( different days with using the rolling pin), they were awesome. Prep the pizza, turn the heat on high for two minutes, then turn down to low for the remaining time. We use Trader Joe's pizza dough, TJ's pizza sauce, and TJ's shredded mozzarella, plus our ingredients of choice( spicy pork sausage, jalapeños, and red onions). We also made garlic bread in the pizza oven... also amazing.

Well, here I am in the thick of it, in Spruce Pine NC, no electric, no services, and my refrigerator/freezer slowly defrosting... BUT! Camp Chef to the Rescue!! We set up our Camp Chef Pizza Oven, took the top off( after we baked cinnamon bread for everyone) and proceeded to Water Bath Can all meat and produce!!( Meat quarts 3 hours full boil, season prior, pints 2 hours). This thing is a Miracle! We not only survived, we thrived!!! If willing, please consider donating a few to the area, especially the Green Valley Fire Departement that took care of everyone. Good quality cutter though the handle is not real ergonomic. The blade seems to be high quality and sharp. I would suggest to OONI to make a cutter with a wooden handle as well that this one with plastic.

This smoker rules. Anyone who writes this thing a 1 star review and talks about how fire goes back up the auger clearly did not read the instructions and/or is not following standard pellet smoker procedures. Had zero issues with mine and use it weekly.

I bought this for my first smoker for 4 years and I can ’ t think of anything else I ’ d want out of it. Easy to operate, easy to clean, and versatile for anything from burgers to brisket. Highly recommend for entry to mid level smokers that typically feed 5 people or less.

I have had my Woodwind 24 for 6 years. Along with the grill I have the Sidekick single burner. I have cooked countless racks of ribs, both pork and beef, Boston Butt's by the dozens, salmon, spatchcock chicken and turkey, and countless other meals. Absolutely love how this grill cooks. The ease of cleaning is enhanced by the cleanout cup on the bottom. The electronic readout is super simple to understand and set. The moveable heat sheal allows grilling as well as slow cooking/smoking. The Sidekick just adds to the awesomeness of this setup. I have cooked pan cakes, sausage, hash browns, and much more on the provided griddle, and used the burner for frying and all sorts of pan cooking. I highly recommend this grill setup. The cover keeps everything clean between cooks as well.
