Love this bag. Fabric is tough, the bottom lining is great when setting the bag down on wet concrete. The bag has the perfect amount of rigidity, holds it's shape well enough that it's not falling all over you when you reach in and stands on it's own even when its not too full but is n't stiff or rough. That for me was why I did not like it, at 65 it was hard for my fingers to get the zippers working in the hard creased fabric. For those with young, or just nimble strong fingers, perfect bag!

My son picked this out to carry his lacrosse gear. This is a great backpack with plenty of room. There ’s a separate, zippered compartment on the bottom for his cleats. It also fits a pair of flip flops. The main compartment fits his shoulder pads, elbow pads, and gloves, and has some extra room for his jersey, small towel, and clean shirt. Our first diaper bag backpack just did not open wide enough for us to find what we were looking for, but this one makes it easy. I 've been using this Surge backpack since 2019 and it has been great! I 've heard my family's thoughts on the newer model of the same backpack and they are not as impressed. The straps are more prone to breaking and the seams have started tearing pretty early in the life of their backpack. This being said, my older model has been so great! It's gone through years of hauling notebooks, folders, textbooks, water bottles, and clothes for practice after school. One of the shoulder straps did begin to tear last year( 2024) slightly but a quick stitch- job has got it back to working order. I would definitely buy a North Face backpack again!

Great bag. Great size. I bought this bag to replace another 40L bag I had for work and daily use. I was looking for a bag that had plenty of room in a main compartment, while also being able to hold a laptop and smaller items( pens, small tools, notepad). This bag fit the need great. I recently traveled across the country with it and it held up great. The straps and back panel make it comfortable to wear, the roll top makes throwing and grab large items easy, and it did well holding up to a light snow flurry while I was out( though I feel the material would struggle with a heavy soak). I bike commute and found this bag to be useful even to throw a few groceries in on the way home. Overall if you 're looking for a good size do anything bag this is a good fit.

[ This backpack has effectively replaced all of my other backpacks with its versatility. It's built strongly enough to withstand the rigors of my daily work/life commute but crafted with such taste it looks like it belongs in any boardroom for executive meetings. FIT and FEEL: Backpack is bigger than it looks, and still fits comfortably when wearing for extended periods of time. The straps have solid padding and the Haul Loop is extra luxurious. No trouble adjusting the straps to my desired length. DESIGN: Sleek, understated elegance. The only branding on it is a basic Nike Swoosh on the front outer pocket, and even then it's the same color as the rest of the backpack to continue with the more sophisticated look. FABRIC: The nylon material used on the exterior of the backpack feels like its built to last and the interior polyester is also well constructed. There are so many things I love about this backpack. The Trolley/Luggage sleeve on the backside is such a nice feature to be included as this backpack definitely has the size to be used for extended trips. I also like how the interior laptop sleeve has a button clasp at the top to prevent a laptop from potentially sliding out or moving around if the backpack was upended for any reason. The drawstring allows for a wider opening into the main compartment but there's also a side zipper for quick access( refer to my photo). There's also an interior bottle sleeve that could potentially be used to hold sunblock or anything else you may want to keep hidden away.

Ultimately, I decided to use it for both work and gym. Since I haven ’ t had it long, I ’ ll have to report back on its durability.* Fits my MacBook Pro, all its accessories, and some snacks with ease.* It's also great for the gym. Spacious enough to hold extra clothes, towels, and sandals.* The are plenty of pockets, It offers ample storage, including a hidden compartment. [ Excellent service. Thank you so much. Your people are such a joy to work with. However the product zipper has a latent defect that has not been corrected. The zipper doesn ’ t hold up. Only lasts about a year then the cloth part of zipper goes bad. I ’ ve returned daylite many times. While I appreciate the all might guarantee, it ’s still a hassle to continue this process. But, I ’ m with Osprey. Just letting you know because you asked. All the best. J heal.

I have been using Fjällräven backpacks for a long time now. I decided to splurge and get one for my daughter's first day of Kindergarten.
