Most of these reviewers really haven ’ t tried on many shoes apparently these P 400s are very good basketball shoes on the heavy side but if you are especially a big person, these are great just remember they have a tendency to run a little bit narrow so pick the wide if you ’ re not sure what category your feet fall in you could always wear an extra insert and your feet will feel great. I ’ ve loved my EVO SLs, but was looking to diversify my lineup a bit. Training a bit more for speed at distance, and as part of that my long runs have changed from primarily mile eating easy runs to some more focused work or containing some segments of higher speed within the long runs. As part of that, I wanted a shoe that could eat miles comfortably, but also be closer to what my race shoes are( picked up a pair of AP4 ’s under a hundred). These looked to fit the bill. First few runs great. Not as zippy, soft, springy,( or unstable) as the EVO SLs, but I can still really push in them. At bit more room in the upper/toebox as well. Best shoes that I ’ ve ever ran in. Shoes have inspired me to run, very comfortable, lots of cushion for landing especially for those stockier runners. Use to have knee problems after running and these are the only pair that have prevented swelling after running at 190 plus pounds on average. I don ’ t have a large running shoe collection but they fell better than the vomero ’s or basic Pegasus that I have worn from Nike in the past. Too bad they don ’ t make the hot pink edition any more.

Wow, these may be my favorite training shoes ever. I have worn standard Pegasus for years and always found they lacked a little cushioning. I have raced in Vaporflys but felt that they lacked stability. The Pegasus Premiums seems like the perfect blend of the two, with great springiness and cushioning but also with good stability. Not light, but not too heavy either. Size seems to be true for me, 12 as always. My only complaint is that the show is expensive for a training shoe, hopefully it holds up better than the Vaporflys at this price.

A perfect training companion for putting in the mile, gym work, or travel. Have already put this shoe through a few different of runs. From easy jogs to faster tempos/strides down to 5: 30min/mi pace. These shoes can keep up with it all. I love the foam they 've used with this Azura. I find it `` bouncey '' without feeling like you 're sinking into the foam. I also appreciate there's no plate in it which I 've always found firms up the ride a little too much at times. Overall, I love this shoe and it's a perfect replacement as I 'm retiring my well worn endorphin speeds for putting in my daily miles.
