So this is nicer to my skin. Much lighter and softer than normal tape. Easier to take off. Not suitable under skinny jeans or tight fitting pants if you will be pulling them up and down for a full day of bathroom use. The ends tend to start lift and curl on a knee wrap. Perfect otherwise.

Been using this for over a year; takes away most of the worry that a small sneaker rub will cause a big heel blister over the course of a workout. Mostly works great. I was a little worried this would feel strange because of the stiffness, and while it was a bit odd aty first, it seemed to disappear after a few minutes. The support it gives is incredible and the freedom of movement you retain because your knee is still free and out in the open makes it a far superior product to any sleeve I 've ever tried. I did a 20 mile run after the first application and felt zero pain and basically forgot I had it on. The adhesive is great as well, EXCELLENT product - I will definitely be purchasing this one again. My only critique is that it's a bit pricey for only 4 applications, but for what you get, I think it's worth it.
