It's been one full calendar year with the same Pro- tec brace and I 'm still receiving the same support. I have washed it in the wash machine, air dry and still great support. After much research online, I targeted the Pro- Tec Gel- Force Knee Support and have been very pleased with the product. After getting ahold of Jumplete, they looked up the first order and sent out a replacement as it was within the one year warranty period. Not only did they communicate well, they bent over backwards to look up the information as I had deleted the email info previously.
