I normally carry around a stainless steel 25 oz. water bottle on my backpack and around in the car but it was a bit of a hassle for the gym. I ordered this bottle for that purpose and it fit the bill. I can mix in Amino Acid powder and drink easily from it. The cap arm has tension to hold it back when drinking and the handle is excellent. The rubber base is a great feature as well for stability when standing it up but it does n't fit in the car cup holder, the only downside. The texture on the cap is easy to grip. I 'm quite satisfied with my purchase.

I read the reviews before purchasing and almost went with the older model even though I really liked the color options and silicone bumper included with this one. Reviews said that the bottle sweated a lot and that the new ice blocker spout prevented water from flowing and the cap from being cleaned properly. None of that is true for me. Water flows just as it does from any other bottle I 've owned( perhaps even better than from my hydroflask lid) and the cap is super easy to clean. I love the silicone bumper, and especially love the carrying handle( makes multi tasking and taking it on walks super easy). I dislike drinking cold water so was searching for a plastic water bottle that was still environmentally- friendly( previously had a KOR water bottle) and this one fits the bill. It definitely does n't sweat more than my other bottle and it is absolutely leak- proof. This thing is exactly what the doctor ordered! The lockable flip top without that stupid straw thingy is weirdly hard to find anymore! Most have a screw top which impedes single handed use. Also, I love the sleek hanging handle- fantastic for a carabineer or lanyard. I hunted high& low for one of these to fit my Hyundai's cupholder( which I think is about 1/4 '' less than industry standard, oddly?) and this thing is an absolute unit of perfection. I own most water purification systems on the market. The Grayl is my latest purchase and is now my go to. I backpack in the north Ga, NC, TN mountains where water sources are usually close by but not always easy to get to. I had a Stanley for a couple years and the spillage from the straw/top was killing me. The Hydrojug was the perfect replacement. Same size cup, no spillage and easier to carry around. Hydrojug is a great brand all- around and I 'm so glad they have these cups!

Cup was better than expected. Kinda wishbthe line on the inside of the cup. Was at the proper spot. When filled to the line when pressing it overflows. But 100 percent better than any cup I 've ever had. I 'm not an outdoorsy guy. Just a regular guy wanting clean water. I recommend 1000 times
