I absolutely love these boots! These are my littles 2nd pair. He's under 2 and can get them on himself. The best part is that if they get water in them( which always happens with puddle jumping) we do n't have to stop the fun. Simply wipe them out with a towel change socks and it's back to puddles!! My kids will wear out 3 or 4 pairs of the$ 20 rubber boots that are colder and less comfortable in the same amount of time. OMG I CAN NOT say enough about these boots.... I will be ordering them in all 3 colors. I had yet to find a hiking boot that didnt cause me foot pain, blisters, or hot spots.... until now. These fit my feet perfectly. The toe box is typically where i struggle with hiking boots- blisters and pain of the great toe and medial ball of foot. Even while breaking these in I did not experience either of these issues. I have tried SO many other brands without finding the right fit.... i resorted to hiking Montana's Mountains in luna sandals because i could not find a hiking shoe/boot that didnt cause foot pain. Needless to say sandals and mountains are not ideal BUT they were better than the issues i had prior to trying these bogs boots! These will be the only hiking boot i will ever wear!!! I live in a cold and icy place. I was needing a boot that I did n't need to lace up, kept my toes a bit more warm, and had traction. This boot is that! I previously was wearing my blundstones but on- 20 F nights I just was n't having it anymore! I 've now been wearing these Bogs for a few weeks and in( almost) all sorts of condition. They were definitely a bit stiff the first 2 weeks I 'd say. But now my foot easily slips in and out of the shoe. I noticed a little bit of rubbing on my ankle in those first two weeks but that has gone away. I have high arches and usually put some inserts into my shoes. I tried that for a bit with these and found it to be a little tight. They are comfortable without the inserts but I might try again in the future once they are completely broken in. Overall, happy with my purchase! I have only kind of slipped on the ice once- which is great great improvement from before! Woohoo!

The color is neutral and these fit true to size. If you wear thick socks, size up a half size. Otherwise your normal size will work. The outside is suede and leather and the inside has an incredibly warm and soft fleece lining. The rubber sole gives support and traction which is a MUST here in northern New York during the winter months! I did find that this boot runs quite small. I normally wear 8. 5- 9 in a shoe and the 9s are a bit snug. I don ’ t think I ’ d be able to comfortably wear a thick, winter sock with them… so size up!! Overall, a great winter boot!

The tread is good on icy sidewalks and the boots are lightweight while I 'm wearing them, so while these boots do look slightly chunky because of the tread they are actually comfortable and stylish. Wear a thick sock under these, though, because your feet will get cold otherwise. Also, avoid high piles of snow, since these are below knee- length. They clean off nicely and they 're true to size. I 'm sure I 'll wear these next winter because they 're classy and durable, and I can wear them in the rainy seasons, too.

Excellent quality! Light weight, warm and cozy, and good looking! The lining is great for someone like me that does not like to wear socks. I have wide feet, so ordered half a size up and they are perfect. I got them on sale, which is another bonus. These booties are about half of the price of Hunter Booties but more comfortable and better looking in my opinion.
