Having ran Millwood Lake Guide Service for over 22 years in sw Arkansas, I can tell you dont hit the lake without a plano box full of these in various colors for varying water conditions. Because our lake can change color in a matter of hours with high wind and thunderstorms, I prefer the 3/4 oz Rat - L - Trap in 3 - 4 basic patterns. Silverado, aka, Millwood Magic, Red Shad, Toledo Gold, and the newer Zombie patterns are hands down, best there is. I always have 3 rods rigged up with 3/4 or 1/2 oz sizes, and in muddy conditions go up to the 1 oz size for increased racket and chatter. Have lost count of the thousands of Florida Bass here we have caught and released on Traps from Spring through Fall and into the Winter months. Do n't leave the boat ramp without a few of these Bass Magnets!!
