One small issue is I can ’ t get them to stay on more than one day. I am buying some of the wipes and once they come in maybe I will have better luck with the patch staying on. I love this heating pad. It is soooo much better than the drugstore variety where the plastic part comes out of the cloth material. This is all one piece, and it ’s great for the back as you can fasten the Velcro tabs together so it ’s on your back( or abdomen). It ’s a little heavier for travel but much more comfortable than any other heating pad I ’ ve had.

I have used this heating pad for over two years now. It works for my needs. I can or hope to control spasm with it. It works so well, when my original one died, I ordered a replacement before I even looked at the warranty. When it came, I realized that it had a 5 year warranty. I filed for the replacement of the one that died and with a few days, I was approved and was sent the replacement. Now I have my new one and a replacement for the one that died. I first purchased this over a year ago and found it to be excellent product. It is tight and secure but not tight to stop blood circulation. It has retained the shape after many, many washings. I also had to purchase the Level 2 version after a bad fall and used that for awhile with success as the Level 1 support. Have purchased another as a back up and have recommended this as well as Shock Doctor's ankle support to 2 of my friends, telling them skip the cheap Ace brand which does nothing for your affected area. A superior product!
