I love this heating pad. It is soooo much better than the drugstore variety where the plastic part comes out of the cloth material. This is all one piece, and it ’s great for the back as you can fasten the Velcro tabs together so it ’s on your back( or abdomen). It ’s a little heavier for travel but much more comfortable than any other heating pad I ’ ve had.

This product is the most effective wrap I have used. I am using it for elbow tendinitis so it is a little bulky. Mobility is compromised when I use it returning to work after a swim. I have been dealing with some patellar femoral knee pain. I purchased this because I know someone who has had knee issues and it's been a game changer. I can say from experience it's one of the best recovery devices I have ever used. I use the contrast therapy for post workouts and I feel it works. Its unique speed and consistency of changing from cold to hot multiple times is so valuable. The app has a ton of features I have not had a chance to use yet. I can say for certain it's a great piece of equipment. My only criticism is, the battery only lasts about 1 hour. So I 'm charging it more than I would like. Overall I would recommend 10 out of 10!

Let me tell you this thing is totally worth it! It helps me recover after workouts, Helps me feel refreshed and ready for a workout and also helps me wind down and relax at night loosening up any tension or pain that is in my knee. It is pretty user- friendly with the app and self- explanatory. I watched a couple YouTube videos prior to using just to make sure I fully understood it. Of course, my only complaint would be that the battery doesn ’ t last long but with all the other perks I just make sure I keep it charged just as a person would their phone every night.

I fell while sprinting on tile and landed on my knee. Three months later there was still swelling, stiffness, and scar tissue. I ’ ve been using this device for a few weeks and feel like it has been an integral part in the improvement I ’ ve had since doing the contrast therapy routines.
