I chose to answer that the shoe runs small because it was recommended as a note under the size options before purchasing. Normally when that is recommended, it ’s usually spot on. I always take the half size up if Nike recommends it because they run small. For me, normally, if Nike says they run small, that means they most likely fit so tight on me that they ’ re uncomfortable or hurt the forefoot in some way. I ordered a half size up, and they fit PERFECT. I wear a size 8. 5 and ordered the 9. The fits small and order a half size up recommendation is always helpful. Super comfy, super light, super cool. Color is great. Innovation is awesome. What else can I say. I have over 300 pairs of shoes and counting. I have so many types of shoes I buy from Nike. It ’s crazy. Seriously. [ Nike Zoom Vomero 5 ’s are currently my favorite Sneakers! I have more than a few colorways. So when I found out that Nike was coming out with a Roam Winterized version I was super excited to see what the silhouette would look like. These do not disappoint! They have the same great fit and feel of the regular Vomero 5 ’s. Very comfortable and super easy to slide on and go. I really like that the laces just have to be tightened and clipped. The materials would be comparable to almost like a rain coat vibe, allowing the outdoor elements to just slide off. The rubber mudguard adds a rain boot aspect without being an actual boot. I ’ m a big fan of a chunky midsole; and the bright yellow on the sole adds a nice pop of color breaking up the neutrality of this colorway. These do feel slightly heavier but not enough to notice as the day goes on. 10/10!!

I especially want to highlight the colorway; the two- tone design blends seamlessly with many of my monotone outfits. Nike uses High Abrasion Rubber Tech( which is less rubber compound than our other XDR rubber technologies) on the outsole which helps make the shoes lighter without compromising durability. Additionally, the grip pattern on the outsole is effective for traction on slippery surfaces.** Fabric:** This winterized version is perfect for wet conditions, thanks to the water- repellent materials used, like you see on some GORETEX jackets. I ’ ve never worn shoes with such fabric features before, and they really enhance my outfits. Since I ’ ve been wearing a lot of cargo pants lately, and these sneakers help elevate my entire look.** What I Liked Most.** One of my favorite features is the shoelaces. They are elastic, so there's no need to tie them manually. The plastic clip that secures the laces gives the shoes a clean appearance without any laces flopping around. You can also tightening and loosen the laces easily. Honestly, I can ’ t find anything to criticize about these shoes; Nike has done a fantastic job with the Winterized Vomero Sneakers.

I really love these shoes right off the bat. I was nervous because I read reviews on past versions of this shoe that they run tight-& smallish so I ordered these in a half size bigger and they fit perfect. The sole is very cushy, and the design provides a lot of support on the sides and on top which I appreciate for lifting. My feet are more narrow and I think someone with wider feet might not do well with this style- the sides are stiff for support which could hurt people ’s feet. Overall super solid choice for me- plan to use for running and lifting, might buy another pair for nursing.

I 'm usually standing in one place and shifting my weight back and forth. It has caused me foot problems. Not sure if 1/2 or full size up is better, but I had to go full since there is no 13. 5. It runs slightly small, but I think ultimately you have to size up because the build of the shoe pushes your foot down forward into the toe( I 've had similar experiences with 270s).

So far I have about 65 miles on my pair of morphlites. They are one of the best shoes I have ever owned for the price. The upper feels very durable and substantial without being hot or stiff. The sole provides a good amount of cushion under foot. I have noticed minimal compression lines in the sole within my 65 miles on them. It appears larger in stack height than they actually are which if you are missing minimal stack shoes in the sea of high stacks these are an awesome option. The tread is not Vibram which keeps the cost lower but it is still a nice rubber. The lug pattern and shorter lug depth makes them great on roads but, in my opinion they really shine on gravel and fire roads. They have more than enough trail cred that you can take them on some beginner trail running too. I will say that when I attempted to take them on so real trail runs they definitely did not feel great but, that is certainly not what they are designed to do. I give kudos to merrell for coming out with a solid hybrid trail/pavement shoe.

[ Oh man, these are the comfiest shoes that I own. I bought these mostly as travel slippers( my dogs do n't let me have nice things at home) and I hate taking them off. I wear them on longhaul flights( change out my shoes once we are in the air) and it's easy to wipe down the soles after they touch the lav floors before wearing them at gueshouses, hostels, and in other peoples homes. I love that the back of the shoe can be stomped on or slipped over the heel, depending on what I need at the moment. They are on the pricier side for slippers but they have been totally worth it for me.

My daughter is incredibly active, she is on the go all day long and these shoes keep up. She loves how they look fancy and fast, and finds it really cool they are “ retro ”. [ The Cortez Easyon ’s are comfortable and lightweight. They are true to size and hold the foot nicely. I love that they were designed with elastic laces attached to a Velcro strap rather than regular laces. I also love that the tongue is attached to the laces so there is no slipping when sliding in wiggling feet. The fabric also seems very durable and will hopefully give these shoes a long lifespan since my kid will be using them to run around and play in. Overall I think this is a great shoe and would very much recommend them to any parent looking for a nice comfortable shoe for their kid. I wouldn ’ t change anything about them.

[ I 'm not sure I will be buying any other shoes for my son for the foreseeable future. Aside from having the swoosh like me, which he loves, there are so many great things about the shoe. They work for playground days and school picture days. They are so easy to put on that he can do it all on his own, unlike a lot of other kid sized nike shoes we 've bought him. The best part for me, is the room in the toe- box that these have compared to other shoes. He does n't seem to be having his toes and feet pinched like some shoes. I normally wear shoes that don ’ t stand out, but these shoes with their bright white leather, shiny Nike logos, and blue trim along the bottom make me proud to wear a shoe that does stand out. I feel instantly younger wearing these cool looking shoes. The fit of the shoes is very comfortable. They are surprisingly roomy in the toe box even though they look slender in this area. I ’ ve worn them all day, but primarily on days where I ’ m not on my feet all day. I suspect they wouldn ’ t be comfortable if I was on my feet all day such as at a theme park or a zoo. I suspect this based on the arch support being slightly less than I would like, and the midsole cushion not being quite as cushiony as I would like for a day completely on my feet on pavement. With that said, these shoes are still very comfortable to wear for your typical day. They are not too hot, which was a concern since they have completely leather uppers. The shoe interior is well cushioned and didn ’ t create any rubs on my foot. The heel feels slightly loose, but not to the point where it feels like your heel is sliding around or going to get a blister. I felt well supported in these shoes, and the tread seems to have great grip. I ’ m very pleased with these shoes and would recommend them to anyone looking for a hip new athletic casual shoe to wear. They have great style and also great comfort. The retro tread style reminds me of something my grandparents wore, but in a way that doesn ’ t make me feel old, but instead trendy. The only thing I would maybe change is the tread pattern. It provides fantastic grip, but it also appears to have great grip for keeping mud in the tread. I will need to make sure I wear these on dry days or pavement to prevent mud for getting stuck in the tread grooves. That is a minor annoyance, and all in all I think these are great shoes. Well done Nike!
